Politics in Canada..That is the reason..
Long time ago I had mentioned this..
It is not for the lack of resources, nor lack of system
it is that they "dont want to"..this is how they want to do...
Jason Kenny might seem doing good at first impression...but he is only a politician..
..Now they have introduced "Super Visa"...people welcome it...cheer about it..debate its goodness...
Wow! Jason kenny is doing what previous people were not doing...!!!!
But that is not it seems to be...
Nothing changed,,if the people (politicians) before did it (delaying) in a different way
Jason Kenny only doing it in another way..his way is .."you guys (parents and grand parents) are not allowed..!!!
Bottom line has not changed and will not change..Bottom line.."Parents and Grand parents are a "burden" to the country and do not provide any "tangible" benefits...
Previously it took more than 7-12 years for a parent or G'parent to immigrate. It was no good then.
Now the doors to immigration for PnGP is "closed" (see CHC-ND website, no more GP apps entertained, stopped..)..A parent or grand parent can only stay for 2 years and has to take "medical insurance"
Whether this is (the super visa) is good or bad is debatable and also it depends on the individuals situation. What if a person has a lone parent in India? What about medical costs?
People should "see through" the system.
Canadians against immigration ask " you bring an immigrant and they bring them all..." .."why does Canada need immigration? if it is for filling the "labour shortage" (which they strongly say it is not..) if it is for filling the "labour" then bring only the "laborers"..."..."why do you want to bring thier parents and grand parents who most of them "dont produce" anything but on the contrary "consume services"..?
Every one in Canada knows that there is lot of strain on the medical system. Because of the government does not want to spend much on the Health and Education..(I have waited 6-7 hours in hospitals many time)...(A surgery takes 3-6 months wait list..)
Opposing Politicians are also playing politics on Health side and mix it with immigration of "non producing" immigrants..
See that is why..
No PR Visa
No Medical support..get your own medicals...
May be in future they will ask them to bring thier "own grains, tel, bhel, handi, kundi etc..!!"
If you come to Canada..see through the politics.
Canada is not a "Angel Country"..
Politics is here too..here system seems to be fair, object oriented, logical, scientific, reasonable, modern etc etc..but at the end of the day "Politics decides"
Please read about what they did to the "Japanese Citizens"
Any one ever came across something like "Japanese Internment"
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_Canadian_internment
I could not believe it that Canada did such a thing..
they were Citizens..Citizens you see,,
They were stripped of thier property, family etc etc etc and forced into camps
some died..after the war those properties were never given back..some sent back to Japan..
Citizens???? they did this to them???
Somebody previously asked "why are you still in this country???"
Canada asked "sorry" and gave back some to the Japanese victims including citizenship. But it took 40 years and those who died ..nothing for them...
That is why I am still here and not in India.
On September 22, 1988, Prime Minister Brian Mulroney gave a formal apology and the Canadian government announced a compensation package, one month after President Ronald Reagan made similar gestures in the United States. The package for interned Japanese Canadians included $21,000 to each surviving internee, and the re-instatement of Canadian citizenship to those who were deported to Japan.[33] The agreement also awarded $12 million to the NAJC to promote human rights and support the community, and $24 million for the establishment of the Canadian Race Relations Foundation to push for the elimination of racism. Nothing was given for those that had been interned and died before compensation was given out
What did our government do in tragedies like Bhopal?
- they accepted UCILs brief and settled for only Rs. 750 Crorers in 1989 (what is 750 crores??? biskothu money.??
- Now they release a 1262 crore package from "tax payers" money
- It also considered re-opening the settlement case to get more money from UCIL??
They want some money so that they can steal..!!!!!
That is why I am not in India.
As said before this is no "Angel Country" no 100% pure!
but as a human being one of our biological motive is to "make it better or go to better"
I think I am back in form!!!
What do you say maple???
(I did not start this topic it is Bali, Bali asked why? why? why?...)
