Seriously this is very disheartening. Interview is a chance to explain verbally. Why won't they give him the chance to talk. No freedom of speech with this people.

I am truly saddened to hear this @Olorvi. Please put yourself together and start the appeal process. A lot of people have gone that road and came out triumphantly. You will also succeed. It will delay but the end journey is you will be reunited whether the visa officer likes it or not.

There is also an appeal thread in this forum, lots and loads of similar situation that will give you insight.
You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Big hug.

Angeleyes19 I am truly happy for you. I wish the rest the same blessing. I still don't understand why these people have given me 30 days to produce additional documentation after all I have been through, but I know God will see me through.
Yes, Almighty God will see you through @Destinyba.
Gather as much as you can. Don't underestimate any information you have. Big or small. Give them all the proves. You will be just fine. Hang in there.

Actually Lamour, I think that's a fatastic idea. Go and chill and be with oga. Take your mind off these CIC folks but monitor your online ECAS closely and your inbox. If you think you should redo the medicals, go ahead but you know it takes 6 weeks to get to them so that could cause a delay. You will win this. We are all with you cheering you on. God bless you! You an amazingly strong lady.
Yes my dear.
That's the way to go now. I'm taking unpaid vacation. Still waiting for approval so I can start shopping for flight deal. Nigeria here I go next month.

Until now, nothing still from AVO. we aren't sure if we should go ahead with the Medicals even though they haven't asked for it to be done......

We have no power of our own. We leave everything to Almighty God. His time is surely the best. He is helping us to cope with the process.

I don't even have money to hire a lawyer, I don't know even how to start the appeal please give me the lawyer's name I will have to do all I can to get my husband here. he told me the woman would not let him talk and she said stupid things that I never finished school and I never worked before and stupid nonsense that I don't have a diploma but I did finish school I don't even know what she is saying and she would not let him answer
Do not let her intimidate you. It's non of her business what your educational background is. Absolute nonsense. Go see a lawyer and inquire about the process first then take it from there.

Age has nothing to do with Love.God will intervene, but keep your hope in the Lord ,he is the author and finisher of everything.I pray that"Mercy will work for you and everyone of us.
Please take it easy,God will work for you.

my husband told me that they gave him everything back that we sent them saying "take back this nonsense" they said that our messages are baseless and low 1500 pages of messages double sided she told him that she been in Ghana for 20 years and over and knows how things work in Ghana and that is what Ghanian men do to get to Canada she never allowed him to answer and told him that I have never worked my entire life I have just had a job for 2 months and she knows this how? I have worked plenty she would not let him tell my work history and told my husband I am lying about where I worked........
that I borrow money from friends all my life????? this is not right, why would she do that and it got even worse
she kept his original birth certificate and the original Waec what does that even mean??????

Are you in Canada or Naija?.I am in Canada Alberta.if yes we can talk on phone. But please try to take it easy.

I will PM you my number...am in Fort Mcmurray.Alberta, my husband application was submitted in February 2015 but no response from AVO yet and March and April have gotten Ppr.it's frustrating but God will take control.
