Yes, if they requested for it,but make sure you have same information like the previous one you sent unless if tgere is any changes in family members.Goodluck

Thanks dear. You will get yours very soon..we applied on the same day so stay positive!
Also, if you have a lawyer, chances are they must have filled the "use of Representative" form. In that case the email will be sent to both parties. My hubby's email was sent to us both cos I filled that form as his sponsor.

they refused my husband they said he is only using me to get to Canada because I am older then him they did not even let him answer the questions she just talked over him and then gave him everything back and told him to leave what do I do now?

Get a solid immigration lawyer. If you are in Toronto, inbox me. I know someone who is something else. She always wins every case. Take heart. You will definitely win this.

Olorvi please start the appeal process like benestle said....Thats really not fair what they did to him after waiting patiently..

Hi Benestel did you get your passport back?? I'm still waiting for my passport to be back they got it last week Friday...how long does it normally take them to issue the visa? And also do u think they will give me a time frame to be in Canada since my medicals expired last month 30...

Actually Lamour, I think that's a fatastic idea. Go and chill and be with oga. Take your mind off these CIC folks but monitor your online ECAS closely and your inbox. If you think you should redo the medicals, go ahead but you know it takes 6 weeks to get to them so that could cause a delay. You will win this. We are all with you cheering you on. God bless you! Yope, Lagos is the way to go as it seems. Go chill, it's deserved. We are thinking of same. If nothing as regards redo of Medicals in the next week, I'll start packing my bag too. Lol

I don't even have money to hire a lawyer, I don't know even how to start the appeal please give me the lawyer's name I will have to do all I can to get my husband here. he told me the woman would not let him talk and she said stupid things that I never finished school and I never worked before and stupid nonsense that I don't have a diploma but I did finish school I don't even know what she is saying and she would not let him answer

my husband told me that she said he will never get the visa she will make sure of this even if we appeal the decision is hers and she is going to make sure he can never come to Canada
