I want to know what procedures I can go through to get my niece here in Canada it's bugging me a lot especially anytime I talk to her she's crying please help me.

To my understanding, excluding means not part of something...so does that mean we that are sponsoring our spouse are not part of the big linked?

Exactly that...it means they will be giving detailed info about the PA. I don't think any of us is concerned about the sponsor after SA. Hence the PA's details will need to be used to link the account.

I don't think u can actually sponsor ur niece here without adopting her...and to also adopt her, u have to prove where her parents are...use the link below

As Agi2009 said, you can't just invite your niece. How young is she? Invite her parents along with her or the only other option is for her to apply as an international student for a 12 months college diploma, start working after and apply for PR.

Have you considered going via the express entry program? Try this route and see if you can even help looking for a Provincial nomination for her.

Thanks for responding members, my niece is 6 years old, her parents divorced last year but she always sees my husband and I as her parent, so if there is easier way to get her here thanks everyone

There is no other way other than for a visit. Adoption will be suspect as both her parents are alive.

You can certainly invite the mom, which makes the child a dependent. But that's only temporary resident visa for limited stay in Canada. Your best bet is for mom to apply for PR under any of the economic routes if she qualifies and list the daughter as a dependent.

please can anyone help out... I am November 23 applicant and my visa office is Accra Ghana, is there any November applicant for Accra here remaining?
I requested my GCMS note which i got nd going through it, no red flag or concern but i dont know why my eCas never changed, i mean to say no medicals received only we received your application nd we started processing your application on 22/4/2016.
In the note it says Medicals passed, Security not started, Criminality not started.
so now am kind of confused because my medical suppose to expire on 24/07/2016 but I saw on note that it expires on 29/07/2016.
Is this an error or what???

Hello, so im still waiting to hear back from ghana after we submitted additional proof that they aked for, they received it on july 4th...I just pray that they see our marraige is 100% real and blessed.anyone else ever gone through thus, and the result? Thanks so much .

From reading her last post Momma Obasi was asked to send further proof of her relationship on June 7, 2016. I am not sure when she sent it.
