24th was a Monday, by email you ought to have received it by now. It might be by mail. Please call CIC to find out exactly how they sent it.

First l would like to ask you if you received any email from AVO within this few month in the past requesting for additional doc, if yes l believe this is what they were refering to and you should not send another additional doc like Passport to them until you get another email requesting for that...but if that's not the case then you need to wait for their email.

Plus the way they updated all ecas this month is really strange but l just want us to be positive for better result.

Oh thanks everyone we just received the mail we used a lawyer so she was keeping the info we just received passport request from them I can't wait said we need other documents to be sent within 15 days any help?

Congratulations!!!!! The additional document/information is probably asking for any updates regarding your family if there are any kids or whatever! I am happy for you

Think they are just asking to update your file in case you have a new family member like a newborn. I your family structur still the same
I think you don't have to do anything else. Just sent the passport in very soon.

Please send in your passport asap if there is no changes to your family situation. The above letter doesn't ask for additional document.

Do not panick or get confused. The documentation mentioned above should only be provided if for example you guys have a new born now. You will need to fill out the changes In family situation form and then add birth certificate for the child. If that isn't the case for you, just send them the passport only. By the way, what is your lawyer saying?
