In answer to your question, I sent about 3 email to CHC Accra never got a response, just the automated one saying they had receive my email. I think its an unmanned mailbox so every mail sent there drops into a blackhole which is a shame because people sometimes have genuine questions. If not for this forum i would have lost the plot with unanswered questions.

What was your question to the VO? Maybe someone can help on here. They are all a great bunch!

In all fairness I don't think your emails drop into a blackhole, and I have to say they do respond, even after receiving the automated response. I guess it all depends on what you are asking them...

My question was the update of my file as you can tell from my timeline. As we speak since 2013 the ecas status of my application is "application received" since November 19 2013 and medical result received. Nothing more.....
Owing to the fact that at the time of my application, the processing time was 15 months,i could not push further on the file but kept sending update such as telephone call history,money transfer etc. All i get is automated reply........ From March 2014 till July 2015 please help me count if that is not enough waiting time for me send an email and get a reply at least from the VO

Accra email is accraimmigration@international.gc.ca. I hope that is the one you have been using.

Please how do I check my application status on the CIC website. I recieved my AOR two weeks ago and each time I try to log in, I receive an error message. Am I doing something wrong? ...maybe in entering the UCI number or something? or do I need to enter another form of identification?

Please advice.

When I got my AOR it took me 3 days before I can access the file online.
Try to use the IUC along with the sponsor INFO in order to log in.
The other method to acces your file is to use the File number with the person who is been sponsored INFO in order to log in.

Hi Benestel I did order GCMS notes in March 2015 and asked for physical file instead of the electronic note as before because the last 2 notes i ordered before came with the same information. It took over 90 day after i wrote them an email i received the reply in mid June stating "file is on hold, Do not release case analyst text to ATIP". This is my plight ....Benestel.

I sent an attachment to Accra VO few weeks ago and received an automated message right away. Then in another few days, I think, about 6 business days, I received another email acknowledging that they received the attachment.

Since your application is well passed the processing time and they refuse to release your gcms notes, I will say deal directly with CIC Canada in Mississauga. You need an explanation so as to follow up on what next to do. You can't be left in the dark like this.

Have you called their call center? What are the agents suggesting you do in this case?
