Hers got transferred in October ...Opester, Gamer and African Boy were transferred in September

Then urs is next ,cuz I jxt saw ur TL and it says it was transferred in October ,Good Luck

No ohhh IMM0008 is the Principal Application form which contains dependent information. That information can also be captured in the Additional Family Information. Since nothing has changed, we can ignore it however the lawyer said the IMM5406 which is the Additional Family Information is fine since nothing has changed. Anyway, myself and my wife will review the documents again this weekend. I hope they can sign it in a week to make sure she's out of the country before March 28.

By the way guys, how did you go about the Pre-paid DHL package?

DHL does not have any prepaid package for the return of the passport. What happens is that once you get the email from Accra saying your document is ready, you forward that email to the DHL person you sent the original mail authorizing them to pick up your package. They will then send a copy of the email with their courier in Accra who will then pick up the package. You will also have to go to their office to pay for the return of your passport.

I will stay on the forum but I've just been a little busy the past few days after my husbands refusal I've been preparing for the appeal process. What looks like a mountain, the Lord would level it right before you. Just as you are about to put in the application or appeal, they would call you to get your visa, because the one that has the heart of kings in his hands and able to turn it to which ever way he desires, the God almighty, He would precede over your case and would rule in your favour IJN. Wht has not been heard of..They would break protocols for you. Go in peace and you would come back with testimony of Joy and divine favour IJN! Amen!

Not yet. I do know that his package was delivered on Monday to the embassy and it seems like it takes a week to process, so hopefully looking at next week.

I hope it takes a week. Sometimes, you just can't trust CIC. They may decide to just work on it later since to them there's no further processing. lol.

Hello, I am sponsoring my wife to come to Canada. My sponsorship was approved December 15, 2014 and her application was then sent to the Accra office. I see that the gov website says that the wait time is about 14 months. She has already completed her medical. How do people think we will need to wait until there is some correspondence from the Accra office?

I am sponsoring my wife and I have already received a letter stating am I am eligible to sponsor her , medical is received(upfront medical ) and documents has been sent to Accra for further processing ....This was sent to me on Jan 9TH...Does anyone have an idea how long before we hear from Ghana ??.

The 14 months is really a worst case scenario.

You'll probably hear from them some time in April or May the way things are going.

I think he meant Jan 9th, so you're looking at around May or June DoveHeart.

Things seem to have picked up this month so maybe earlier.
