Hey guys, i received an email last friday from accra that my document is ready for collection. Initially, i was so scared considering that our passports were delivered on wednesday of that same week. I got talking with people and got to know that applicants who sent in their documents the same week also got the email. Dhl should pick up today or tomorrow.Im so excited!!!!.

Happy to inform you that dhl picked up the documents on Thursday. Will get them tomorrow morning. Will let you guys know. I am excited.

Congrats Enjel and Ayambombo. Glad to know you guys got your passports back after the request on a short period. I believe I'm next in line. They requested passports on 26th June. Sent my passports on 30th June, 2014. They requested further documents to clarify a particular period ie to fill a new IMM 5669 background and history. Sent them those docs on 7th July. Didn't hear anything from them till last Monday where they asked if I had sent the additional docs and the date it was sent. Just wondering what's going on.

Hey guys just to let you know "one line" has been added to our status on Ecas . It says they started working on our application on July 31st ! I guess what's they they call " in progress" well that's Gud news we are excited to know they are working on it. Especial after just receiving the note. I was just filling a second consent form to send my baby when it changed lol. Congratulation to you guys receiving passport back. Ayamabo and enjel. For those who have got PPR, how long did it take after the change to "in process"?

@ ayayombo,apart from your ppr what other things were you asked to send

the Imm0008 form, 2 passport photographs each , the ppr mail, that's all.

My wife's medical is expiring sept 18 and since it was accepted I have a strong feeling its happening this month. So trying to prepare for an instant response

oh ok sounds cool. I've observed that usually when it says in process they hadly request additional document or interview! I pray that should be the same with us maybe we can get ppr by the close of the day hahahs . I know our cases are different though. Just wishing . Some people didn't get that Untill they got dm so when it comes to that we can't predict Accra I guess

Nothing is impossible when it comes to Accra. I won't be surprised if you receive your ppr today. Interview is also unlikely, only exceptional circumstances. Honestly, when I joined this forum and saw how people packaged their application, I was almost sure I would be called for an interview, lol. My responses were short and to the point, no big english, no embellishment, it didn't help that I was physically strained from caring for a newborn. I look back and I'm thankful.
