Thoz who got 6-12 months wait letter

Hi all
my passport received at CHC Islamabad for visa stamping. It's three week gone but no news.

After two months of sending police certificate, POF and other updated forms, I received the following reply from CHC London on my enquiry about the status of my application.

"Dear Sir,

We are currently in the process of conducting background/ security checks for your application. This is a lengthy process that can take several months. We will be in contact when there have been further developments with the processing of the file.

Regards,
CDD"

More then three years gone and still CHC London stuck in lengthy process.

I received UDR+PCC+POF in a separate mail and medical forms in separate mail, which is routine.The documents deadline is 30 days and medical email had a deadline of 60 days. I was under the impression that the two were together. So my question is, is it ok to send UDR before 30 days and medicals before 60 days?

Obviously time limits mean before not after .............and you can even send all things within a week .......

Do not delay this , immediately apply for medicals , and send UDR+PCC+POF , this takes a maximum of 10 days to comply.

Waiting_man_007, u wrote 3 yrs. well mine is wel over 4 yrs. thoug my case is very strong shud have got the RRP ...long .....long time back. So now i have hired a lawyer -canadian and very hopeful to get it . as lawyer says there is no complication in yur case.

But one thing i wana tell here to all. not all but few....that file do get lost... dats get lost.... or the person dealing with yur case is often sleeping.
so giv them a wake up call ! what i have gone thru cant be said here.
