Good... it means that hopefully, it is still open. Just send them the documents IMMEDIATELY with explanation letter... :)

as passports are late from our governement.

What documents were required by them?
 
copy of passport title pages
new additional family info
supplementary info
and new application

i have all my documents prepare to send them expect passports

1. new application for permanent residence IM0008
2. Schedule A- background/declaration IM5669
3. Suppementary information - your travels IM5562
4. new additional family information form IMM5406 for yourself and each family member over the age of 18.
5. coppy of passport title page fro each applicants
6. completed military questionnaire for each applicants who has completed more then mandatory military service. for all applicants with any military service , please provide a copy of military card or military exemption card.

do i have to provide point 6. as we dont have any military service.

I understand that your passport was expired? If yes, then you can send your old passport copy and explain to them that your new passport is under process to be issued. State them everything honestly and I hope that you would not have any problem other than that your application will be delayed a bit. Actually, you could had been in the final stages of your process if it was not delayed from your side.

You can immediately send them hard copies of all documents and then email them as well and state that hard copies are on the way. Below is the email ID for london visa office.

No need to provide point 6. However, state that point in your letter as well that you do not have any military service.

dear smsh

do we have to fill miltery form provided with the letter. as non of my family member has attended any military training. not even NCC.

If it is mentioned, then send it to that ID. However, considering the sensitivity of the matter, it would not cause any harm to send it to both emails...

dears i have just realised that in my last application which i had sent to PVO at the time of MR I missed to write that i had visited Germany in 2012 for around 2 weeks. :o what do you think i should do. forget about it or inform someone.

what is the best way to inform.
