finally,today got reply for my CSE which i made on 30th april.... my immigration officer is SJM... he/she asked to send SCHEDULE A background/declaration form with question 8 and 12 (which are personal history and addresses respectively and ) since the age of 18.....the thing is when in nov 2012 i snd the updated docs i filled the address part from 18 yrs of age but in personal history they asked to either fill for last 10 yrs or 18 yrs of age whichever is recent....so that question 8 i filled for last 10 years..i have downloaded the form agn and i noticed that it has been again updated with some changes in december 2012...i''ll email them tommorow as SJM asked to scan the filled form and email it to him...now my question from all of you especially the senior experts COOLGUY,BADAR 14, NEKEOL,PHDMAKER.... IS IT GOOD OR BAD?? AM I GOING TO GET MEDICAL REQUEST SOON??? cz it will be 7 months on 15th june since i snd the updated docs OR IS IT BAD AND THEY R NOW GOING TO TAKE MORE TIME AGN IN BACKGROUND CHECKS.... qasam say forms fill kur kur k aur snd kur kur k dimagh kharab ho gya hay ub tu

Its a good sign finally they took out your file. Yes form has been changed a bit recently in pass 2-3 months. you can download nitro PDF professional so you can keep the saved copy of your forms it will ease your job in filling the form again and again. and finally yes hopefully you will get the medical request soon Inshallah.

Thanks GOD now they have picked your file, send them all docs as they are asking, either scanned copy as scanned copy has the signature on it. in my opinion, they are asking scanned copy to expedite it, therefore act accordingly as early as possible, to get MR soon. I hope all is going good, smoothly but little delay is no problem. NEKEOL

Dear Hamont,

My PA is also SJM I sent personal history form three times. You should fill the form since the age of 18 and correctly mentioned educational period, job / unemployment period. The personal history is required for background security checks.
