 Recent PCC of mine and spouse
 New Application for permanent residence IMM0008
 New schedule A Background declaration for me and spouse
 New additional Family Information Form IMM5406
 Right of Permanent Residence Fee of mine and spouse CAD $490 each

After sending updated documents, how long one should wait for MR, before sending CSE?? Any comments??

Have they mentioned in updated docs letter to wait for 4 months or some time?
If yes then do not send CSE before 50% times elapsed....and if there is no time then you can send CSE minimum after 2 months of docs submission. If i was at your place then i would have done the same as most of the applicant get the MR request just in 1 month after submission of updated docs....the rest is your faisla

Dear friends
My updated documents were received on 2-11-12 which were asked on 16-10-12 (within 30 days deadline), wherein also mentioned "we are hearing from you within 90 days which is going to be completed on 16-January. When will i write cse.

Well honestly speaking after looking at the inventory numbers I noted that only 7% of the cases from MI1 are finalized during the third quarter of 2012. The inventory backlog (persons) of all skilled workers (MI1, MI2, and MI3) still stands at 105,188 persons whereas the total quota (2013 Plan Admissions Ranges) for this class is 55,300. So even if we ignore the new set of MI starting this year (which will definitely have a priority over the existing backlog), they will at least need another two years to process all of the standing backlog. So for some of us, we might have to wait till the end of 2014, whereas some others (especially the ones with application to CIO during 2009) will be getting their visas sometime soon.

So happy waiting and keep preparing

I am gravity. It has been 34 days since LVO received my up dated documents. till to date no responce -now i m bit worried.
But keeing a grace period of holidays for new yr and x-mas , in my mind.
In updated letter 30days period was giv
en for submission of doc which very well met . 30 days given for submission "seems' urgent decision will be taken ! M i Right ?
What shud I do ? wait or write?
