Thanks buddy. But is it obligatory to have a spouse signature or is it optional? Are my signatures are good enough being a principle applicant?

No u need to get it signed from her as well, and congrats for starting the 100th page

You do not require spouse signature for CAIPS request if you are the main applicant and VICE VERSA
I have applied for CAIPS only with my signatures and received the full CAIPS file and I am the main applicant.

If you think, it's actually NOT a good sign that this page has reached 100 pages...that only means our cases are lingering on...Ideally, this page shouldn't have existed...there shouldn't have been 6-12 month letters :-[.....we should have landed in Canada by now.

Someone I met yesterday, told me that he got his immi visa last week...he sent full docs in JUNE 2009.....noc: 0213....tellin u....its a 3 year (approx.) process for MI-1 :) the good thing is that he got visa exactly after 13 months of getting "in process with date" on ecase.....also, he got visa after 9 months of medical....so...yeah...let's see...

Bro, 2009 and some early 2010 people got MR even after just 10 days of being "in process with date"...so nothing unusual...u have to keep in mind that this guy applied almost 1.5 years before us (so he never got this wait letter)...he just had to wait without the letter :)

P.s: he s not my friend. Met him for the first time at a friend s office yesterday, where this guy works in the IT department. He has resigned and was sitting in the same area, and when I found out that he got immi visa, I started asking him details ...

Thanks buddies. What about the following query?

1 - form IMM5475E - What do we need to put in the section 3 that is "If you have already submitted your application:". Are they asking about the application for CAIPS or the application for immigration?

It's your immigration file to VO.

Complete this form if you authorize Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) and Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to release information from your case file to someone other than yourself.
If your spouse or common-law partner wishes to release personal information to the same designated individual, he or she should sign in the space provided. Your dependent children who are 18 years of age or older must complete their own copy of this form if they wish to authorize CIC and CBSA to release their information to a designated individual.

I am considering "CANADAVISA.comImmigration Forum" as Bible of immigration information exchange out of which "Thoz Who Got ...." section i am considering one of the other chapters like one which was handles our dear *StarHaider Ali*.

Purpose of saying it Bible, that almost all the Canadian immigration related queries and concerns are addressed here, nothing else.
