Thoz who got 6-12 months wait letter

i have been following the above link for a long time and found it interesting that those guys are in process with date got reply from SVO that "your file on medical queue" after sending case specific inquiry.

SO, AS WE SIT IDLE AND DOING NOTHING LETS TRY TO ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS:

1. ARE WE ALSO IN MEDICAL QUEUE SAME LIKE SINGAPORE APPLICANT AFTER "IN PROCESS WITH DATE" ??
2. IF YES, DOES THE 6-12 MONTHS TIME FRAME STARTS FROM IN PROCESS DATE OR FROM THE LETTER DATE???
3. IF NO, WHY???

Almost same as every other 'waiter' (I like this term, invented by destination canada :) )

1- As eemooo1 said, its wait letter
2- In my opinion, P103 is the Medical Form that should be submitted to the DMP for the medical exam, It has your photo stuck on it with a CHC seal....

u r right they may or may not club meds with update req.

Hmmm updated forms will go for all of us for sure... one thing which I observed and I might be wrong, some CAIPS are showing updated docs, PCC etc. only and some are also showing Updated Pics requirement too. I feel, those cases will get updated docs & Pics request not clubbed with Medicals as pics are normally required for MR purpose at this stage.....

Only two CHCs, as per my knowledge, issued 6-12 months letter. If CHC Singapore is saying this, then our CAIPS are also depicting the same

2. IF YES, DOES THE 6-12 MONTHS TIME FRAME STARTS FROM IN PROCESS DATE OR FROM THE LETTER DATE???
Since these letters are not SOP so no one can guess what exactly will be considered, Keep it simple and as per info available on CIC website i.e. as per full doc submission

3. IF NO, WHY???
