Thoz who got 6-12 months wait letter

Hi Zeshanaanis,

My name is Asim and I'm working in Qatar. I initially applied for canadian immigration from Dubai and as they mentioned not to use P.O Box, I mentioned my building/compound name, street number and the area like:

Manama Villa No. 9,
25th Street, Abu Hail,
Dubai - U.A.E.

But then I got an email from them asking me to provide the correct mailing address as they sent me some documents which got returned. I then provided them with the P.O Box address and they sent the documents again and then I got them. Later I got a job in Qatar. While sending my complete documents, I sent along with it a covering letter stating the changes like job, country etc. Regarding the address, I wrote my company's name along with the P.O. Box like:

XYZ Company
P.O. Box 12345
Doha, Qatar

They did not come back on this. I think they know how addresses are written/used here in the Middle East. So, do give them your P.O Box address.

Hi Asim .. Thanks allot your kind response. I think it's better to respond them back instead waiting for long ... I will explain VO in cover letter ..

no Impact, I applied four time and got GCMS 4 times. at least first time you must get it it is very informative.

Yes you are right its from CIO application date
for me its being > 46 months now. and the funny part is when we applied they said 6 to 12 months

they will take more time for your BG checks
so its better don't do such acts
