Only solution is to apply for new CAIPS notes. If you got the file with 9 - to - 10 pages then it's being lie in CAIPS system but if you got more than 20 - to 30 pages then it's mean your files has been migrated to the new system (GCSM)

Thanks Zeshanais. It seems very logical what you have suggested. I got 9 pages document last year when i order CAIPS. Are there different forms to order CAIPS/GCMS or there is just one form and they will send us the details from whichever system they have got our file details on ?

Lets hope this july /august season bring lots of good news for forums members.

I did address this concern in my previous response to you. Re-posting it here for your benefit:

IMM 5744 is the form used to request these (CAIPS/GCMS) documents. You will get only one of these whether you apply for CAIPS or GCMS; based on which system is processing your file.

Please note that this form had undergone some changes early this year and is not the same as the one you used for applying CAIPS notes last year. I hope you are familiar with what to do to obtain these notes since you have already done it in the past. Good luck.

I got an email from LVO that my passports have left there office on Wednesday and the Aramex tracking number. But on entering the tracking number it says- invalid number / data not available.
I called Aramex n they said to wait till Saturday. Any concerns??

which date you dispatched the passport to LVO ? I sent on 11th May LVO received on 14th May 16 days has been passed no news ?
