Bro a nice write up and review however this all has already been developed about PVO & LVO thing, when next update is expected from LVO can also be assumed however one thing we all should try to dig down and drill on is “verification” .... Why they are verifying at this stage as it is very very odd to get verified at this stage... If u have everything genuine its not the issue but even then we have seen people last year, very genuine ones, getting refusals on JD mismatch........

If i can recall exactly it was mentioned on wait letters that application is still subject to admissibility and verification deemed necessary. So they protected themselves while issued 6 to 12 months hold letter. But why at this stage... end tak soli pe latka ke rakhna hai kiya.....

Yea...time delay is NOT the main issue (as long as we get visa)....real scare is 'another JD mismatch' type drama (doesn't seem logical at this stage, were they sleeping for the past 2.5 years to verify job....but who can argue)...

I STILL feel it was a false alarm.....so I'm not believing it UNTIL more people start reporting it and it gets CONFIRMED that such an activity is going on.

Normally BG checks are security ones... they entered seldec.. CAIPS main kahanian likh deen success ki or ab yeh.... Keep on praying to God, He has command over everything

I have done thorough analysis on the master sheet and here are the results: hope this can give some relief to some people...

in year 2013 total 14 MR received 1 from LVO & 13 from PVO
out of this total 14 MR - 13 application to CIO was in May 2010....
Also note that out 14 – 12 got MR and 2 have been shifted to PVO and they will also get MR soon....


In 2013 total 28 people received UDR with 18 months email and 99% their date of Application to CIO is Mar/Apr 2010

All applicants as mentioned above who has received MR or UDR belong to different NOC's
I don't think this can be just ittefaaq...it is part of planning....

In simple words: App to CIO till end of Apr 2010 will remain in LVO and App to CIO May/Jun 2010 will go to PVO
So far this looks 99% sure and future I have no idea.....Allah know better....

Now let me come on LVO 18 months email.....
It looks there is huge traffic on LVO so they shifted applications to PVO to share the load....
and made one policy to finalize all cases by August 2014 so they sent one email with 18 months time....
So in simple words they told we are busy in LVO and this is your badluck and you have to wait little further....
They borrowed further time to avoid any CSE so they can achieve the target.....ASAP.....
We will have a very clear picture once any of the UDR with 18 months wala will get the MR.....


So calm down....and relax we all will get the Visa,,,,but it is matter of time ....waiting....

Update visa office in case of changes in address including email address...
Add your newborns to your file or add spouse if you are getting married....that's it...
One more thing ...just don't keep the required POF but also try to save some more money which you will need in Canada .....
Better to open a FC account Canadian Dollars...and if not possible USD or AED...so you don't; loose further due to FC loss....

In Last:
Who are still waiting for MR/UDR they in total 22 and out that 1/3 belong to app to CIO till Apr 2010
And rest 2/3 should go to PVO if they will follow the same pattern
This includes Me, Sama and other friends....Ya Allah karam karday.....ab to mainnay itna detailed analysis kiaa hai....

I respect this member who got job verification call after MR on his boss mobile….in my opinion this could be CSE towards applicant due to incomplete employers letters etc….

Don’t take any stress until there are few further examples…from our existing forum members
Also keep good relationship with your bosses who contact you have provided in your applications…in case of any bad luck

However, LVO is so busy and can’t handle cases and officially all knows that they transferred cases to PVO – so far in my list 14 and in reality only Allah knows …
Because all MI who have applied are not in my list or not using this forum thingy….

In simple they have no time to call each and every one employer…Allah khair karaigaa
Don’t be panic and relax insha Allah we will get the Visa but time frame could be different…

Tension nahin lenay ka baba…just listen 3 songs back to back

Apologies if I am being too picky (and a special thanks to all who responded to my query earlier) but apparently I believe that PVO applicants should not make the bank draft in favor of “The receiver general of Canada” since the beneficiary name is explicitly mentioned as “Canadian Embassy” in the instructions received from PVO for RPRF.
Can someone tell if any applicant has actually sent the RPRF in the name of “The receiver general of Canada” and it was accepted by PVO or atleast enchased so far.
Sorry again but I am kind of worried as to any possible delays due to any issues and corresponding going to and forth with PVO due to wrong beneficiary name. After receiving medical request the Canadian dream started to look like a reality again ;D Wish everyone good luck and May God help us all.

Another option is direct bank transfer to their account (as mentioned in the instruction), though not sure if banks in the UAE will be willing to do it

"Canadian Embassy " name is required, if the payment is done in Euro currency.

For bank transfer they already mentioned the account number and bank.

For Demand draft, the information is not available, but any Demand draft should be in the name of "Receiver General for Canada " ( check with New Delhi Office also , London Office, Paris Office)

I had concern regarding this but nothing to worry about this.
