OmMona received UDR dated 25 Feb 2013.. VO give 60 days ... That's why his/her next BFD is 27 - Apr - 2013. No matter of 18 months

"Canadian Embassy " name is required, if the payment is done in Euro currency.

For bank transfer they already mentioned the account number and bank.

For Demand draft, the information is not available, but any Demand draft should be in the name of "Receiver General for Canada " ( check with New Delhi Office also , London Office, Paris Office)

I had concern regarding this but nothing to worry about this.

I guess you are right. I also found this PVO specific instructions for skilled workers (although a bit old), however it states the same fact that payments are to be made in favor of “Receiver General for Canada".

Yes I am 18 months wait letter. My UD was sent yesterday by my consultant. it does not reached LVO as of yet.
I don't know if this new BFD date is good indicator or bad?

Mine BFD was 23 march before getting updated documents. and i received UDR on 22 feb which i sent back and reached on 4th March.so in this case they moved BFD 1 month a head of previous BFD. did someone else applied for Caips recently to confirm it ?

Currenly I am in Dubai and my Family is in India. (with two kids)

Is it possible I will do my Medical in Dubai and Family will do in India.?

Well it might give u BFD of 60 days i.e. from the on which 18 month letter was issued.... So it might not give clear picture .... I suggest that CAIPS should be ordered after 60 days to get clear picture ....
