Thoz who got 6-12 months wait letter

I need help from those who r working in UAE and gulf countries
My consultant is asking me to submit iqama (id) and authorised translation of iqama which will b sent to LVO with all other forms. But i think IF LVo hav not ask abt iqama then y to send... ?
Someone faced the same situation?

Iqama is a residence permit (if i am not wrong) and it's OK to provide translated copies but make no sense to provide the original.

My consultant asked me for copy of iqama. Actually my profession written on iqama is same as my current job... but my husband's profession and company written on iqama is different then his actual work and company.. in that case, do u think LVO will doubt about it... ? In saudi its very common to have this difference of iqama n actual work..
And i m the primary applicant..

I dont think it will be an issue as this is very common in Gulf to have different job description on Iqama/residence permit.

I know that this job verification case had made some confusion; but I had again checked with my company boss for the status and he told me that the got call for Job verification from some person "Speaking in English ;D" as he asked that the Mr.xxx, works here... and than he asked that what job title Mr.XXX is working and than asked my boss that whats the job description... and how long I had been working in this company...

Now, let me clarify that the experience letter I submitted was issued by my boss and his signatures+contact details where there... So, that person had directly called to my boss on his mobile number....

This called had came around 5:30pm on 19th-March-2013......

So dear friends, I just want to update you guys only, not to make any problem here.... I had been following this forum from last 10 months and I had seen that people share their experiences to help others... so my intentions are same to share my experience which might help someone, to get his/her boss/HR dept. ready for any such verification at very last moment.........

1) Thanks to SMSH , in our Google sheet we have got only 102 applicants . Any guess on how many applicants with 6-12 Month letters are pending from LVO/PVO in total.

2) how many will get VISA during this year (I mean, is there any recent news from ministry sources).

This could be due to your credit card / loan application....they also make sure if you working and getting on time salary to pay back
Who attended the call and how that official introduced himself/herself....
Just want to make sure, make sure , make sure , make sure ....if this call was really from CIC officials....

I wish aisa hi Kuch ho or koi bi ulti Khabar na Aai and u keep in updating good positive updates about all members .... Oh God help us

i also have the same feeling.....i think, workload distribution means something here, as it could be up to march/april 2012 wait letter that are being processed in LVO but the wait letters from march on words were transferred to PVO. what do you think my man jimmy page or big bro arsh?? or coolguy, emooooo1, what do u think is happening?

Yes, all with in process date of march are normally getingt 18 months love letter, rest are transferred to PVO... I feel LVO will start sending meds in Jul/Aug.... But God knows from where this verification thing came to disturb all predictions

P.s: good to see the good old "intelligent/logical" man, back in action...now don't go to honolulu island again plz...kabhi kabhi important issues per feedback de diya kur..we need sensible people here (and not guys like that jimmy page)

Also, a prayer for all remaining waiters to go to next step asap (esp. sama 2010, smsh, destination canada). May ALL waiters get through this entire tense process asap n successfully inshaAhllah. Inn 3 saaloon mein soch soch kur, baalon mein 'chaandi' utar aye hai.

and yes. SMSH is doing a superb job !! No doubt.

I know we are 'hearing' a lot of things these days....and we will keep 'hearing' them as this process goes on....

BUT..let's keep in mind that we have the following five things IN WRITING from visa office (not some forum member) :

1. Eligibility/wait letter.
2. Points in caips calculated
3. Vo comments that he checked the company online and is satisfied with work exp and says that the applicant is eligible.
4. Mention of Medical+Rprf+UDR (P103) in caips.
5. UDR (P103) love letter

So, sakoon karo...and dekhtay jao inshallah sub theek ho ga...
