Its in form IMM0008 - Schedule 3 - in Proof of funds, do we need to send that form also? or just IMM0008 - Generic?

by the way on my last CSE reply from LVO on 16-JAN-2013 they said


"In our correspondence dated 2nd April 2012 the following letter(6-12 months waait letter) was sent. No further action has been taken at this time"

I just received CAIPS. My next BFD is 12.2.2013. My security and criminality check completed and is cleared. Last time i got reply in respone to CSE that application is currently pending for bckgorund check. Now as per CAIPS background check is over. Lets see what will happen on next BFD, medical or further wait . :-\

Today I got reply to my CSI regarding present status of case. They replied application is currently pending for background checks. Its totaly incorrect because as per caips notes all checks are over. So I think LVO is waiting for Visa quota and afterthat we will receive medical and it will be allocated after first quarter i.e. march

I wonder what why BG checks are still in progress. As per CIC BG checks are procedure to verify medical, criminal and security of applicant.

My previous BFD was 26/04/13 and new one is 12/03/13. File is next marked for WEW instead of KKB.

Dost order caips and it you may know what is happening with your file and also your next BFD etc etc
these days the service is quick and you may get in 2 weeks.

You are right I also got CAIPS in less than 3 weeks and was shocked that last year it was 5 weeks time to get CAIPS

Well there procedure exactly no one can tell. Dont waste time mate and order caips atleast til 2april you may have it and things will be clear . VO dont want us to send CSI not Caips so just go for it

1- Asked updated docs before medicals for verification/updated record of documentary proof u have provided like JOB, Degrees, Transcripts etc etc

2- Asked for medicals when all above mentioned checks are over, Security checks are started after medicals or sometimes along with issuance of medicals from embassy

in simple words usually background checks are always replied by VO, according to Jimmy's wording " this background checks reply is all bakwas, its just a lollypop by Visa officer, bottom line is VO has to complete prescribed time for particular category in which that specific application falls, like for MI-1 applicant they have a time frame of average 3 years to grant visa, so they will always reply u that BG checks are going on but actually they are following there time frame, once u reach near time frame everything goes like rocket and u get Visa "

timeframe is an effect of VO processing time .. not vice versa
