My BFD was on 12.2.2013 but still no update which mean visa officer marked another BFD after two months. Those applicants who submitted updated documents in November 2012 have to wait till April for medical request.

i got exact same response to my email enquiry. except in my case they had made put the parts of the letter mentioning not to contact them before 12 months in bold red.

1. Where they mentioned 6-12 months wait issue
2. Where they said do not contact before 12 months
My understanding they will surely contact all waiter before 12 months completion time.

Today i sent a CSI to LVO, instead of using the web form i replied on the meds email; asking them to confirm if our meds have been received by LVO & when should i expect further progress in my case?? In less than four (Yes, Just four) minutes i got a reply that meds are still under review by ND..........also they will be able to reply once B/G checks are completed.

Yaar, i wanted my VO to take sometime to reply..........so that i should remain in "Khusfahmi" that may be PPR is on its way.........but he just didn't left me anywhere..........

Don't worry, they use this term till they actually move to next step e.g. Background checks etc. even if they are in process of making/printing ur PPR, they might reply in same way hopefully u will get some news in next two weeks

I need advise;

I sent proof of fund to LVO IN MY UPDATED DOCUMENTS. Now due to emergency i cashed out some amount .But STILL" its more than what LVO required for 2 ppl.

The thing is we cant wait for their back ground check for ever, we r living a life and changes do occur !! So should i inform them via email or remain quiet ? will this transaction of mine " can effect" the DM ?????????????????
