I have seen on some threads that applicants are getting VISAS within couple of years. Is it right or just internet scammers???????????? If it is right, why are we (6-12 months letter holders) getting special treatment????????????? I thought CIC should decide applications on first received basis.

People are getting it in months now not years, not scammers. The latter applied, the better and quickest.

i sent police certificate, and three month bank statement with updated document request in Nov 2120.

I am so happy to see MR by email. It looks with new updated medical procedure every one will get the MR by email. It's great news for all. Minimum no need to worry of mail lost and no delays in mail delivery.
