Sorry bro...didn't realize you were asking a question...P103 is a code which I found at the bottom of the page. I don't know if they call it by any special name or not. But, it contains the names of couple of forms and other documents. The officer tick marks which ever documents he/she wants you to submit/update. If your CAIPS notes said this form has been prepared, then you should be minimum getting a document update requests. If you are lucky enough, in the first go itself, they will ask for MR...that is all I can say at the moment with my limited knowledge on this subject. There are veterans in this forum who could give a perfect answer to your question. Am sorry I could do only this much...

1. Its dated 26th October
2. Its photocopy of the original with ticked boxes manually
3. Its printed with P-103 9/9 at the right end of the back page.

I have also received the same P-103 form. It says to submit the updated docs in a month but it also ticks the Medical examination though no forms are enclosed. 1. It means Medical is prepared to be sent but first take the updated docs 2. It may be mistakenly ticked ...

Hinnajamal, Congratulations on receiving your MR. I am not sure if you know about the recent changes in the Medical Examination Process. According to CIC, from Nov 1, 2012 on wards, they are using a new system of eMedical. The MR form I received was IMM1017 (05-1998) E, which, according to them will not be used anymore. However, a new IMM1017 containing the 'Client Biodata and Summary' should have been there in your mail as per my understanding. Please check with a local panel physician about the same. Hope it helps.

Question 2: To all those who got MR and in theire CAIPS/GCMS is also the same statement that MEDS PREPARED/PRINTED/PROGRESS.……this one word can be a magic word to understand that who can expect MR

PLEASE ANSWER IN BELOW FORMAT TO ESTIMATE THE FUTURE STEP FOR THOSE WHO ARE STILL WAITING LIKE ME.......

You mean the updated docs request letter will not have additional document of Medical under the new changes?

The word is "then". If the GCMS says send forms.........then meds it means request for updated documents if it says forms........, meds the one is getting everything in one pakage

Considering u sent full docs in March 2010, and inprocess with date + wait letter in March 2012, and updated docs in October 2012, wat do u think is the next step ?? ofcourse MR in the next few months...only God knows or VO knows exactly WHEN...we can just gues like u that in the next 2-3 months u should get it ...
