Wow! what a news, finally first drop of rain on the ground....
insha Allah monsoon will start with MR followed by the PPR to stamp our Visas....
My personal feelings that in year 2012 most of people with wait letter will have minimum MR....

i want opinion about my case ,
the additional line was added " we reviewed your file and start processing on 13th March"

now on 13 September its going to be 6 month completed for in process status. what i am suppose to do ,shall i send CSI on 13th SEp or wait a while more to get reply from VO?

That's very good. It means they have taken ur file back to officer's desk from storage. This also means ur file is in active processing. I saw someone before sent CSI with hold letter and in response gets email for 6 to 12 months. Lets hope for good.

Are you sure its a goof news ?
well what they wrote is that they will notify me if decission has been taken or any additional document is required. need more opinions.

Well why I said so is becz I have seen these kind of responses to applicants from MI 2 and MI 3. For MI 1, they only send this kind of response if the file is actively in process and and waiting to be reviewed by IO. When did u send CSI?

And it is surprising also as they mentioned in wait letter that they will not respond to any inquiries for 12 months from date of letter. But they did respond. I think they are queuing up for next session

CIC is still processing last stages of applications as far as 2009 and early (till april-2010) 2010 applicants are concerned. these guys r recieving MRs and PPR 1/2s. So hopefully they will be done by Dec-Jan. In the meanwhile in Nov's first week new levels and mix plan for 2013 immigration will also be announced. which will give fresh visa issuing quotas to every VO all across the globe and hopefully the LVO will push to complete the processing of all M1 backlog cases with them especially the wait letter holders with full throttle...Its just my hypothesis...

Isn't it a standard/automated sort of response... I am getting a neutral kind of feeling from it as they are not confirming anything about its status... God knows better....

You know the sort of work I do @ office, we have statements written for certain situations and we only copy paste them to respond... so its human but with 'automated' copy/paste text ... I guess same goes with this case

I sent CSI on 23rd Aug'12 and got reply few minutes back. I need not to explain it as it is ewell known to everyone. After reading i think no one will send CSI. Pls have a look:

Their responses are different. So for some may be the things are moving and for some others still on hold.

Agreed. This is a copy paste standard reply.

By the way, Arsh, this same reply that Jamy got, the guy I was telling u about on phone, who got MR in June, he sent csi in Feb, and got this same reply, and then 4 months later, got MR in june...

So Jamy, nothing to worry. This is a copy/paste reply....as vo do not write personalised replies, otherwise those can create confusion/counter questions.....so they do copy/paste....

In my opinion, sending them CSI is waste of time for us... see the responses emooo pasted... In first the letter states that application is reviewed and the second response states 'Your application is in process or waiting to be reviewed by an immigration officer'. I dont feel it clarifies our situation.... Just hope we all get what we are expecting....
