The forum is "britishexpats.com" and the thread is "AOR from London August/September 2010 - Progress updates" I don't know the page number on the thread as it is difficult for me to trace it but I think it's between page 90 to 113 something like that, but we all know that from the CAIPS that medicals are prepared to be sent but we don't know when so the answer to CSI doesn't matter, as stated above about the tweet from unusual78 to Jason Kenney it is also on the same thread

Dear yukhan,

thanks for sharing your CSI reply with us, so it is now quite clear that we are not in medical queue after all, as many applicant from SVO have already got reply that they are in medical queue when they send CSI, all those applicants are in process with date.

I was expecting this reply.
As in my CSI I did not mention about letter, so it was obvious that LVO may have understood that Wait Letter did not reach to me, therefore, they just copy/paste it & replied my CSI. But one considerable thing is that if we accept this scenario, they again are asking to wait 6-12 months from the date of this reply??? (MORE DELAY OR WAIT THAN WE ALL WERE TAKLING ABOUT)
Let anyone else send CSI specifically mentioning about the receiving of letter then see what they reply.

Bro, I respect your opinion, but i disagree with it.., I don't think it means that. Every visa office has their own way of working and answering to emails. If they say u are in medical cue, applicants from 25 countires will eat their head every month that "where am I in the cue now, how long is the cue, when is the expected time" etc etc etc.... So this is a standard reply they r using to shut us up...like even 10 days before they issue u visa, everyone who mails them they say "background checks r going on"...or "a visa officer will review your case" etc etc...(Some one I know who got visa used to tell me all this, that even few days before ppr1 , he got this standard reply)...these are all time buyers, to shut people up, so people don't keep on counter-questioning them. They never bother to write personal emails, unless important....they just copy paste stuff for general csi.... Think from their perspective...when we also want to "taalofy" someone, we always say, "don't call us-we ll call you" :) anyways. This thing that "we are not in medical cue" is just an assumption, not a fact. I'm not saying that we are in medical cue (as we don't have any proof, except caips), but we cannot say this either from this reply that we r not in cue...this email merely is a standard reply they also sent us by post, so make nothing of it..its not good, nor bad...so this is no new information....Fact is written in caips, that "medicals have been printed and kept in file, details to be added on a later date, ask for rprf, pcc etc etc" ....why would vo print our medicals ans ask us for rprf?? For fun? Is it their hobby to print medicals of people and keep them on file ?? Are they so free that all they do is print medicals of people who are not going to even qualify and keep them on file for a hobby, like stamp collecting :) :) I sent them 6 csi while I was in process without date last year, and everytime I got the same reply saying we have 425000 applicants blah blah:) so this means nothing...let's think calmly--and look at facts, not assumptions....Just my personal opinion (like u are entitled to yours) :) so no hard feelings bro :) cheers....

P.s: here is my "assumption": our processing time is not up yet, since these days 2009 people r getting visas,...people who did medical in Jan, feb, march 2012, are still waiting for ppr1...so we re expected to get visa somewher in 2013, so abhi chill karein, as these forum discussions are just ALL our own speculations..jo hona hai, that will be revealed in its own good time..:)

Dear Youkhan,,

I think , this is a common reply to all who received 6-12 months wait letter. If you visit britishexpats.com to http://britishexpats.com/forum/showthread.php?t=696959&highlight=AOR+from+London+August%2FSeptember+2010&page=93 link,, you will find lot of people who submit CSI on april/may 2012 having 6-12 months wait letter, those people also received same reply as your reply.

Dear Friend

I have faced similer situatuion as yours, my online status showing that In process and lines stating that we have sent you a letter, when i wrote to them that i did not receive any of the letter they just sent me the same letter to wait for 6- 12 months exactly what they have sent to you. This is good atleast we have cleared the initial assessment and atleast have some hope for positive result. So all finger cross and pray that every one in this forum should get some positive result.

secondly i wanna draw the attention of those friends who are instilling negative thoughts , we all can understand that this forum is not a legal forum frow where you will get your visa but infact we all are sharing our concerns and feelings to support each other and this is a kind of a support group to atleast get a positive energy and motivation as we all are moving on the same road. so plz do respect for each others feelings and ideas as every one is not thining in a same way...

i wish every member in this forum a very very good luck... if need more clarification you can checked with linkedin : where there is a great discussion of 6-12 months wait letter and some expert consultats even a ( one of the visa offers ) is also giving the answrs for the queries..Hope this will keep us fresh fit and fine,,,...
