Those who Waiting EXPRESS ENTRY in Six Months and not finalized!!!!

I applied Oct 09, 2015 under CEC express entry its still in process. Looks like they will ask us to redo medical. My visa office is ottawa.

How do you know if blank means its done ?

I have seen GCMS notes of an Approved and closed applicaTION.

And can you tell me what the assessments say? they should be in page 2 or 3

I dont see S.15.1(C) i only see S.21 on my second page.

I have completed 7 months and 12 days. Called CIC today and got reply that everything is passed on your file just Final decision is pending.
Our medicals are expiring this month. For this i emailed cic and they extended medicals for one year. I dont know how they are working just for approval they are taking soooooo long.

If the Immigration Division orders the release of a designated foreign national who was 16 years of age or older on the day of the arrival that is the subject of the designation in question, it shall also impose any condition that is prescribed.

Your security took a while in which time, your medical were expired. The second review or the officer review requires that he/she takes a look at the medical again. In the first review i believe they passed it for you- Agent Review. Second review takes place after your security results come in(most cases). By the time your file passed on to the officer, your medicals might have been nearing expiration.

Anyways all depends it might be 2 months and 2 yrs as well.
