A quick one, this is applicable for those who apply after 1 Jan 2016.

Oh I see that now. Hmmm. But you know what, people who applied after Jan 1st are actually getting PPR faster than us... in 3 or 4 months or less. It seems it is the Sep/Oct/Nov 2015 people who are waiting the longest. It doesn't make sense.

Very true, ppl from sep/oct/ Nov waiting longest.
I think cic doesn care who already crosse 6 months rather than clearing the past 180 days they are focused to process those with in 180 days an not let them join us ( past 180 days).

Oh well we just have to wait

Wish you all the best.
I can imagine how you guys are feeling. so sad.
I have been hanging at 468 for sometime now and PGWP expiring april 11 2017. so scared now. i have a good job i dont want to loose at least for now for any reason.

Hello everybody,
Finally, I landed at Niagara rainbow bridge on June 5, 2016 at midnight. The whole process was smooth. I walked to the US side and the officer there handed me over a rejection letter. I came back to Canadian side. The officer asked a few questions and directed me to another building where other formalities were done. The whole process took exactly 30 mins, starting from walking to the US side to final landing. It was exactly midnight. So I became a permanent resident of Canada on June 5, 2016.
I would like extend my heartfelt gratitude to all the members of this forum for their help and support.
Thank you, all, for standing for each other through the thick and thin of times.
All the Best.

Then when exactly does it start?

I would assume when R10 is completed, just like in the paper application, the processing time starts after the AOR/PER (positive eligibility).

@ r mittal: Congratulations!

So folks collected CoPR and passport back from VFS yesterday.. What an amazing feeling it is!! ;D

Also got my second set of gcms notes last week;will post the details in a few days.

Good luck to all those still waiting for "the golden email"!
Cheers!! :D
