You've already exceeded 7 months, I hope you don't end up anywhere near these scary timelines. Keep in touch with your visa office.

Interview completed two weeks ago. Went pretty well according to my husband. It was a very detailed - took him hour and a half. But the Immigration Officer seemed very friendly even thanked him and seemed surprised for driving for 3 hours to show up for the interview lol. Like we had an options.

People with true meaning of patience or u can say we dont have any other option to keep patience . By the way i checked with CIC helpline last week they still couldn't find any pre birth docs/record for me

i requested them plz dont look for last birth records, i ll make sure i ll keep records for this life and provide them on my next birth

I just crossed 13 months and received my GCMS last night. No movement on my security since last notes sometime in April. The only new things were new medicals, and an additional form they asked me to fill out. That's all under Notes section. In the Activities section, absolutely no movement. So frustrating.
I have a due date of Nov 10 (tomorrow), but highly doubt that will mean anything. So the wait continues. I am starting to believe I will never see Canada.

Guys, i know this is a lot to ask maybe but can anyone here in Canada help me receive the immigration screening status from CSIS ?... I called and they told me they only accept Canadian addresses ..I have no one there that i can ask for this ...

if no one can help, do you know of anyone who does it commercially like with GCMS notes ?

Yes is only Canadian address send to. I'm not in Canada anyway.
Please which of the phone number did you reach CSIS on?

That's the reason I have stopped ordering GCMS notes ....guess the last rude agent ( in september16) who told me that CIC will not do anything unless my application completes one year of BG In Progress was right .....so even for cases where CSIS is saying that they did the BG Check in 2 months ...these lazy CIC people will not bug them for the result ...I never imagined that bureaucracy would be so bad in a developed country like Canada ..I always thought that laziness / "moron-cism" is the prerogative of Indian / Asian bureaucrats ..

Anyways ...very soon I would be completing 15 months ..I have now lost all the hopes of getting PR ...guess its high time to think of other options like Australia !!!
