Is it possible to move from IP with RBVO to DM ??????

anything is possible these days. but be positive. i hope it will be a bug.

as far i heard VO don't refuse application unless otherwse any serious misconduct of applications requirenment. all points should be calculated very seriously. job duties should be maintained as their requirenment. and make sure your employer attend the visa officers call and give them positive response..etc
but i think its better to re-apply than appealing. Good luck

If the job duties match with noc but designation is not within the title examples mentioned in noc details, then ? but title seems related to the field

My e-case was changed into Decision made with same detail as RBVO on the inside.
The change was on Feb.28th 2012.
I am 100% sure that my case was rock solid and I went through credible lawyer as well as I was on top of things with him.
Till now I did not get the rejection letter but chances are slim for it to be an error.
So if it’s a rejection and you are saying if the rejection is due to JD then there is no way they will consider?

It is just unbelievable my status was changed to DM from RBVO on 27th Feb. I feared rejection
Just now I have received an email asking for the following documents for submission

Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 form for the principal applicant.
* Updated Schedule A Background/ Declaration form for yourself and each family member over the age of 18.
* Updated Schedule 3 Federal Skilled Worker form for the principal applicant

Photographs of all family members

Payment of PRF

copies of passport

Updated police certificates

But interestingly no Medicals as yet what does it mean

Please help me.

I am of the view that requisition of updated docs without supporting docs , which had already submitted,should be taken in right perspective.May be, while going through ur background check/quantitative check,VO wanted to be reassured about some informations which require updation for arriving at correct decision.In all probabilty, it should go in ur favour.Please make sure the docs, as asked fo,r are sent, ASAP.if they reach vo prior to the marked BFD,the status may undergo fast change.

Well let's face facts visa officers have different ways of communicating to their applicants
That is the reason why we are seeing decision made today n the next day the applicant is getting MR
While some will get DM n d next day he gets a letter
Their is nothing like system gitch . It is nt possible for a developed country like canada to be expreiencing system promblems all the time

Disapperance of address is also nt a system problem it means the applicants file is been worked on most times u get updates while on some occasions applicants dt receive updates bt be rest assured that a visa officer attended to that file
So its purely based on the visa officers discreation to handle applicants file the way he or she WANTS based on the authenticity of info and documts submited by an applicant and also the vofficers passes on the info to the applicant the way he prefers

Today me e-case address came back decision made is still can be seen and RBVO on the inside is the same.
I think this mean whatever decision they came up with they have communicated it with me. lets hope for the best.

I have strange thing happened and need some advises, i'am April 2010 applicant, and i got in process in February 2011 but with RBVO details.

and on December 2011 they asked to update my documents ( police certificates, bank statements, ect.. ) till now everything is normal

And suddenly, yesterday i found my E-case (Decision Made) and inside they added two lines more in the same time

- Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 27, 2012.

- A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

so is that a computer glitch !!!! or it's a rejection !!!!!

and how come it's a rejection, and they asked me to send updates , and as they mentioned that they started processing on February 27, is it normal to start processing and changed to decision made, and it had been changed in the same day.

and again what is the difference between In process with RBVO details to be changed to Decision Made

and In Process with a processing date to be changed to Decision Made

I don't understand anything and am really upset

i know that i spread this information, in different topics, becasue i need more advises, because am really worried,
