Did you send your passport to them by your own self? or did they ask you to send it? Because as i can understand, they may ask you for more requested documents, which mean the file still in process. So how come, they asked you to submit your passport ? and they still need more clarifications...

i may believe that if they refused my case from the beginning, but it's not normal to ask me to update my documents, and then refused !!!!!!!! because as known, they will not start processing of they are not convinced with the case !!!!!!!!!!!
