iam also planning to apply next month. can any one explain about" 2 self-addressed mailing labels"
iam noc 2121 - biologist.

Its mailing labels, containing your name and address printed on a paper in English and Native Language, visa office might use this for sending letters to you. I printed mine on sticker paper but you can just use plain paper if you like, jut don't make it too big.

I would advise you to PLS INCLUDE THE TRANSCRIPT OF YOUR SPOUSE when sending your application, since you don't want to give any reason for the CIO Officer to reject your case due to incomplete documents. Even if you a attach a letter explaining the situation it might not suffice since points are given for your spouse education credentials.

Pls help

1. Do we need to have the reference letter in the current date. For example - I left one organisation in 2006 and I have the letter from the HR with job duties at the time of leaving the company i.e dated 2006. Will it owrk or do I need to get a fresh one made.
2. Can the reference letter signed by the HR executive or it needs to be signed by some senior person.
3. The person who had given me the letter is not in the company any more, so will it impact my application.
4. Do I need to put all the documents in a file and then courier it?

Hi
Hi just a bit worried after reading some comments on this topic. Have already got all my documents ready to post on July 1st but someone mentioned that the criteria may be changing? I know the NOC'S are the same but does anyone knoe if they are changing before I send the doc's off?

The wife of your Mother's brother would NOT be a blood relation. *Your grandfather would not be the father of them both. Sorry, but I do not think this counts as a relative in Canada for the points. It is stated in the GUIDE as follows:
E. Relatives in Canada:

•You or your accompanying spouse or common-law partner has a relative, i.e. parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, child of a parent, (sibling), child of a grandparent, (aunt/uncle), or grandchild of a parent, (niece or nephew), who lives in Canada and is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
