That's great, Hungary! They have it, they're working on it and they're not sending it back.
Mistakes are irritating but, at least now you know what's going on.

question: When you get AOR does that mean they've looked over it and its not missing anything? And it won't be sent back?

From what I've heard here so far, yes, that means they shouldn't be missing anything and won't be sending it back! That's why it's one of the most stress-relieving moments, haha.


Could I ask again what phone numbers everyone has been calling? I actually found a toll-free number for those calling out of Canada, and tried the series of key prompts I was suggested (+1 613 944 4000 (for an agent: options 1,2,1,2,1 ... then 0 to skip the message)), but I think it's changed since it was used by the person who suggested it.

If you've all been using the normal one to call the centre inside Canada, how have you been doing it? I tried calling it from the Gmail google talk client to see if it would let me through that way, but all it does is ring forever and then hang up. If I call it normally (from a USA phone with international calling), then it rings a couple times before going to a recorded message in a woman's voice saying that the number is unavailable.

Also, YAY!! ECAS finally let me in this morning for the first time.
I know it's pretty useless but, YAY!!

I could see my ECAS too , I would love it say decision made, you got SA, but is good to know we're on the system now ;D

I also have this issue with my Wifes name. My wife is the sponsor and her name is showing as her Maiden name in ECAS .. Is this going to cause a problem? should I notify them to correct it ?

Mine says 'decision made' as well. But It doesn't mention anything about medicals yet.

Also, as you may remember, I have this name issue. My wife(sponsored person) name is mentioned as birth name. I sent email to CPC-M couple of times and didn't hear anything. The name on file still says the birth name.

So I sent an inquiry to the VO in Colombo and also sent a Fax to CPC-M. Hopefully they correct their mistake.

Mrsalvaro, I got my meds done at Davao City...I'm sorry, I got a mistake on the date. I had my medical done last June 16, 2013...we filed last July 12,2013 and got the AOR and file number August 13,2013...
