because I am also a July applicant and I am from Pakistan. My visa office is Islamabad.
Submitted file to Ottawa on 4th July. AOR received on 23rd July and File Transfer on 31st July.
My medical done on 25-March-2013. And you can also add me on your spread sheet

Hi! When did you receive your AOR? Please provide me the date so I can update your info on the spreadsheet. Thanks!

I suggest that you don't rely too much on ECAS. Our application already got it's sponsorship approval and file transfer ,but ECAS still says Application Received. You can ask your lawyer to ask his/ her to check his/her email because they sent SAs on emails or snail mails (which happened to a few June 2013 applicants).
