Yes, you can. However, to re-enter Canada, you will need a valid PR Card or you will have to apply for a PRTD from the country you are in, which can take 3-10 weeks based on the processing times.

I'm reaching out for advice in regards to a certain issue, I am an international student and my study permit was approved 3 years ago, It has come to my attention that my 2 out of my 4 siblings were not mentioned during my study permit application, meaning that in the family information section their information was not added at all. I applied through a consultant and provided all the necessary documentation however they failed to add my siblings in my application.

The two siblings who's names were missing from my application live in Nepal with my mother, they are Nepali citizens

Father works in the middle east, citizenship is indian

Me and my two other siblings lived in india and are Indian citizens

My mother and father separated 11 years ago taking half of my siblings with her however they are not divorced. I haven't seen my mother and the two siblings for 11 years.

I want to be honest and fix this error as soon as possible so that I don't carry it with me in the future, I'm still an international student, how can I fix this issue and what consequences would I face? I am scared out of my mind. I don't want to be charged for misrepresentation and being banned because my father invested most of his savings to provide for my tuition.

Currently, you do not have any open applications, so there is no point in sending any web form. However, when you re-apply for PR or extension of your work permit, you can fill in the details of all your family member and include an LoE explaining the reason for omitting the family members.

PRTD can only be applied from outside Canada. If you are a PR outside Canada and want to return and do not have a PR card, you will have to apply for a PRTD.

Once you become a PR, all visas are cancelled and you cannot apply for a visa as you are a PR and do not need one.

Thank you @legalfalcon. May I ask if I can start my application for my PRTD now, prior leaving Canada ?. As I will travel back to my country in early December but worried it may take longer time to process my file, and will not be able to return to Canada as my flight time.

In the PRTD application, you have to provide details such as your address etc. in the country you are living in, the dates when you left Canada etc.

You can surely prepare the application, but I doubt that you will be able to submit it now.

Hello @legalfalcon , I would like to renew my PGWP since it was issued based on my passport validity. I have a new passport now. I see on cic website that this application must be done on paper but some people are saying it can be done online also. Can you please say if they might accept an online application for this or must it be done on paper? Thank you.

Regarding IQAS registration

While registering on IQAS portal for getting ECA for immigration , by mistake created 2 draft application ID’s under same login account.

One regarding ECA for Education/Employment (by mistake) and another one for immigration.

I want to proceed with application for immigration and delete another draft (screenshot as below).

I am unable to delete draft application for Education/Employment ECA as no option/tab is showing to delete that application (Upper one).
Can u please suggest how to delete old application id , so that I can proceed with making payment against ECA assessment ID or else should I create new login id with separate mail id and proceed with new account.

I have been trying to login to my ircc account. When I click the signin button, it gives a blank page (no error message or anything). Below is the link it shows. I know that yesterday their website was down but later they tweeted saying it's up. Not sure if anybody facing this issue.

Will depend on the MP's office. Some are very quick and revert within hours, other can take longer.

I am express entry applicant April 2017 AOR, FSW with provincial nomination from Ontario (OINP).

My security screening started in November 2017.

I received request about my updated CV, project details and updated address in Feb 2021. (First ever request after Nov 2017).

Then in May 2021, they asked for updated police certificates, updated application form, Schedule A, travel history, updated passport pages for me and my wife and our children etc.

After that, my background status changed from "we are processing... " To "Not Applicable". (I think this is NA3)

I applied for GCMS notes through a friend in July 2021, but have not received them.

Again applied for CBSA notes this time through getgcms, hoping to receive them by the end of this month.

Sent email and raised CSE to London visa office, but never received any reply.

Can you please advise what should I do now. Its been so long and me and my family is in a continuous wait.

Some people said that it seems my security screening is completed and its just a matter of time that I will receive remedical request soon, do you also think so?

Your expert opinion/advice will be highly appreciated.
