Any webform sent is sent to the VO where you file is and is attached to the file, where the officer will review it and make a decision.

I have a relative who recently got ITA for SPNP EE stream. He's document is still in process with saskatchew PNP.

He recently clocked 47 some days back and got a message a day after his birthday, that his EE profile is ineligible.

We've tried to create another profile, yet he's still ineligible.

How can this be rectify

Kindly assist to clarify, I will be most grateful. I applied for TRV to travel to Canada with my family in 2017 with me as PA and was refused based on 1. Travel history and insufficient funds. Now my spouse has submitted PR application as PA but she answered no to the question on previous refusal( our assumption was that she was not PA at the time, also she did not receive any letter from IRCc but I received a letter addressed to me with a UCI no). Meanwhile I answered yes to the question now on her pr application and attached the refusal letter to my LOE. Do you think she also should have answered yes even though not PA at the time? Will appreciate your response. Thank you

I already sent them when i raised the webform initially

First try and find why the profile is ineligible. Check the score and MEC.

When you apply for a TRV there is no PA or dependent. Each individual applying has to submit a separate application and will have a separate application number.

Hi @legalfalcon I have a quick question, my application AOR is Feb 14,2021. I received my GCMS notes on Oct 21st and it shows criminality is pass and info sharing is in progress.

However, but people whose application submission were later date (later than Feb 2021) have their info sharing complete. Should I be worried?

Anyone can apply for a TRV. However, to land in Canada, you have to show proof of vaccination or meet the public health guidelines.

Each application is processed on its own merits.

I'm reaching out for advice in regards to a certain issue, I am an international student and my study permit was approved 3 years ago, It has come to my attention that my 2 out of my 4 siblings were not mentioned during my study permit application, meaning that in the family information section their information was not added at all. I applied through a consultant and provided all the necessary documentation however they failed to add my siblings in my application.

The two siblings who's names were missing from my application live in Nepal with my mother, they are Nepali citizens

Father works in the middle east, citizenship is indian

Me and my two other siblings lived in india and are Indian citizens

My mother and father separated 11 years ago taking half of my siblings with her however they are not divorced. I haven't seen my mother and the two siblings for 11 years.

I want to be honest and fix this error as soon as possible so that I don't carry it with me in the future, I'm still an international student, how can I fix this issue and what consequences would I face? I am scared out of my mind. I don't want to be charged for misrepresentation and being banned because my father invested most of his savings to provide for my tuition.
