Hi @legalfalcon , I was requested a newly issued PC about a month ago, and it was submitted a week after the request date. I got my GCMS notes yesterday, on the officer's notes section, I can see that the PC was received and assigned to an officer, however there was another not after that created, mentioning "due date pushed 30 days. re-assigned to officer". What does this mean? is this an internal note for them?

Due dates are internal dates used to manage and alert officers to make decisions on the application. It has nothing to do with you as such.

hi @legalfalcon My Spouse is in Canada, Applied for PR in Canada Jan 11. We got married June 17. Updated IRCC. IRCC sent a request letter June 30. Husband passed medical July 2. Sept 16 Request Letter for passport photograph, international passport and height and eye colour so they can issue the COPR. Application number on Request Letter is for my husband and UCI is my own wondering why.

Hi @legalfalcon, I used to work for a company that got acquired by a NASDAQ listed US company, where I continued to work at for a few months after the acquisition. The successor company has agreed to only add a very short description of duties in my experience letter (only 2 out of 8 NOC duties covered), and only for my time in the first company. I have also acquired a statement that confirms my full list of duties from a past colleague in that company, where he still works, and had it authenticated. Would the above be my best option to prove my experience for both companies?

OR is it preferable to ask them to remove the limited duties completely, and have them write that they can't provide the duties so that I only provide the colleague letter as proof?

As per the GCMS notes, I have noticed the medical surveillance of 2.02 with M2 code, expired by Sep 20.

Does that mean that the medical extension is only applicable for M1 or M3 (#13,190). In the recent notes of May 21 shown as "PA is in the same country of residence Saudi and hence extension to be requested".

Please guide.

If a pnp nominee gets a job offer from another country while being processed, would selecting that job lead to a problem for my eAPR/nomination

I lodged my application in June 2021 (PNP nominee) and I have a potential job offer outside my home country.
I was wondering, if I left my home country and took this job, whether it could lead to a complication of my provincial nomination.

It depends on the application and if any more documents are required. Usually 2-5 months.

It does not matter, while your application is being processed you can move to any country.

When medicals expire they are sent for reassessment and based on that a decision is made to extend or ask for re-med.

Did you face any problem due to this issue of Year Awarded date. I have also received the assessment with Year awarded mentioned as the Year in which Degree was awarded and not the year in which I completed my Masters.
