Hello @legalfalcon, Now I am seeing my 2nd Application got updated with my original UCI number, and our biometrics got updated as well.

Does this mean they have started to process the 2nd application? And did not look that I am already a PR holder from 1st Application?

UCI and biometrics are automatically updated. However, eventually when the application is looking into by a person, it will be felt with accordingly.

You can also request to withdraw your application if not done so already.

In CIC website they said they are currently focused on a list of specific criteria of the applicants to finalise applications among which one is:-

"You're facing vulnerable circumstances (emergency and urgent requests);"

Do personal issues of a person may fall into this emergency and urgent requests lists? If not then what kind of cases does fall into this category according to you? Thanks, Sir

This only applies to refugees fleeing or individuals who are subject to domestic violence etc.

My applicants are approved since APril 2020. considering the current situation, what is your assumption on how long might I have to wait to receive my PPR ? Any rough idea will mean a lot. Thanks Sir

I do not make speculative assumptions. If your application is approved, just wait and very soon you will have a cOPR.

You are true, few applicants i know personally got MR and they all are 2 to 4 months behind me but still i haven't got MR.

Do you suggest i should raise webform, does this help ?

I have applied for PGWP from outside Canada on December 2020. I had gotten a Biometrics Instruction Letter in March 2021. Couple of weeks back I got my upfront medical examination done. The medical lab said it will send the results to IRCC directly. But there are no changes reflected on my application. What can I do?

Hi @legalfalcon , I have a quick question on ordering GCMS notes. I was browsing over getgcms.com to order GCMS notes. Before making the payment, there is a page saying to be ready with the applicant's full name, spouse's full name(if any), and date of birth. However, with respect to my application, I applied for PR as a legally separated applicant and also received it last month and submitted the same. Do I have to mention spouse's name? I don't remember adding my ex-spouse name to the application as I was a legally separated applicant. Please advise.
