Hi @legalfalcon , I have one quick question. After I submitted my PR application, I received legal petition of my divorce from Honourable family court. Once I received the document, I uploaded the doc via webform so that it is considered by ircc for further proof of my divorce.

Is that ok? Or should I do anything more.

Each application is different. If you see "Approved" on page 2 of your GCMS notes that is what matters.

Many applications where all stages have been passed are on hold and unless the travel restrictions are eased, you will have to wait.

Thank you so much. I am a CEC inland ( 1 inland dependent) not sure what is causing this delay. Meanwhile, it shows my application is in the PRBIO program but in the month of January 2021, there is other two group shows up in the GCMS notes. One is closed and the other is still in progress. Wondering what is this "note" group and still in progress?

I have a question. We received an RCMP request was for my wife, but the placeholder to load the report is under my list of documents. Can I just load the RCMP report, once we receive for my wife under my documents? Is there a need to explain it was loaded under my list of documents as there was no placeholder in my wife's list of documents ? Thanks !

It does not matter whether the placeholder was under your list of documents or your spouse's. Each document that is uploaded is given a system generated file name reviewed and then added to you file. You can also send the RCMP PCC via webform in addition to uploading it in under your documents.

If your divorce is not finalized, i.e. the court has not given a final order, it will depend on IRCC if they ned additional document or will wait until the divorce petition is decided.

It will depend on your individual circumstances.

Yes.

For Phone call she can only do so if she has the authorisation to obtain your information.

If she does not, then she won't be able to obtain your information.

You can submit the authority to release personal information form to IRCC via webform after which she can obtain your info.

Dep - Dependents

Integrated search is searching FOSS and GSCMS.

A39 - 41 refers to the inadmissibility based on financial reasons, misrepresentation or non-compliance with IRPA.

If it says cancelled, then no check pertaining the above were required.

But I am having no dependents on my application. Why do you think the officer wrote DEPs. I am a single applicant. No one is included in my application.

This is standard language. "Proof of funds: sufficient documentation on file to support PA including DEPs"

i.e if you may have any.
