Hi @legalfalcon
Can you pls. explain if ADR for Proof of Fund documents to be uploaded in myCIC account under the proof of Means of Financial Support tab OR by raising webform and attaching the document?

If you have submitted the application and receive an ADR, then you will see an upload window in your MyCIC application where you will have to upload the ADR. If you do not have an upload window, then you can send it via CSE. However, if you have an upload window, that is what you should use.

@legalfalcon

I am sorry for that, Here is the thing as I mentioned earlier that my PR application has been refused due to private career college in canada which resulted in the loss of 15 points as a canadian credential.

All I want to know is can I now use that Canadian private college diploma as a second degree with my Indian bachelors for claiming two or more degree points? as I am not claiming additional 15 points as a Canadian credential

or else I have to completely remove that from my profile?

Thanks
Nikhil

IF the college your attended in Canada is not recognised, then you cannot use the credentials from it to claim points. As soon as you enter Canadian credentials, you will be awarded points for Canadian education which landed you in troubled waters.

Hi @legalfalcon , I added my new spouse to my application after I had received PPR in August 2019. I recently asked IRCC for updates and I got this:
You will find below useful information that we hope will help understand the process and current status of your application for permanent residence:
· Your application was received via your account on March 2, 2019.
· Your application meets the eligibility requirements under the immigration program for which you have applied,

  • The background verifications are in process.
  • The security background verification is currently valid.
  • The criminal background verification is currently valid.
Can you please explain with it means?

Since your trips were short. if you remember the addresses and dates then you can put them all in. If you don't, then you can mention those you remember and the rest can be listed in the LoE, where you can list the countries you visited and state that you do not remember the exact dates, but it was during the period xx - yy.

Thank you so much for reply!

What do you mean by providing addresses? Do we need to provide addresses in address history for dozens tourism visits to multiply countries?

I was planning just to log my 1 permanent address in home country.

Also, can you please advise, if I traveled to Spain for 10+ times for the last 10 years...but my maximum stay was 40 days..sometimes it was just few days, sometimes 10 etc. The total amount of days I stayed there would be like 7 months for the last 10 years.

What is the likelihood of PoLice certificate request?
I do understand that I will not be asked to submitted it initially because I never stayed there for more than 40 days..but what are the chances in this case they request it later?

Thanks!!

Alberta did send out a notification regarding this.
https://www.alberta.ca/ainp.aspx
Thank you so much for reply. I basically wanted to ask and i might have confused you, that will they send any information for the 60 days they put the application on hold to IRCC as my application is in process and 6 month timeline is about to hit?
Also, are the chances for extension of the 60 days for Alberta Express entry nominee?

Thanks a ton!
Actually my ADR was regarding credit card statements. MyCIC allows only one PDF, so I took screenshot of transaction pages of all credit card statements and sent it as one PDF. Fingers crossed now!!

Hi @legalfalcon,

I recently ordered my GCMS and got the following response:

https://ibb.co/wRjRnjm

This was the last update dated back to the 20th of January 2020 - my AOR is Dec 9, 2019 - FSW-O

Can you help in cracking this down? the case processing agent seemed to confirm that the employment records + POF appear to meet the requirements yet he flags my application for "REVIEW REQUIRED" on pretty much everything. The two statements are quite contradictory. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

this time asking for a friend. Her pr application is still in progress, she is worried because her CELPIP test will expires on July. The application will be turning one year next month.
1. is that expiration of her English test will have an effect on her pr application? pnp non-express entry paper based.
2 does she need to take a new english test?

thanks

No she doesn't. The test needs to be valid at the time of submission which I believe was the case.

Hello, @legalfalcon:
Thanks for your infor. they are very helpful.
I got a question for you, please guide me. APPRECIATE.
AOR ---- July, 2018.

Med request----May 2019

Paper transferred to LVO, Calgary.

1st ADR---- FEB 22, 5 ADR: Schedule A, IMM5562, Supplementary Information - Your Travels, Employment records (in Canada),
Additional Family Info IMM5406, RCMP Criminal Record Check

2nd ADR-----MAY 22 RPRF 490 dollars for my wife. (me and my wife got married after we submitted our applications separately) my wife and I all got
this from online service, although we all paid 1040 dollars.

Both of us are AINP paper based applicants, in land. My AINP is closed one, my wife's is open AINP.

From the latest GCMS notes, generated from Arpil 21, my eligibility and security shows "Not Started"
The latest agent's note shows ADR sent on March 22, 2020
The ONLINE CASE STATUS on GCMS notes said: we are reviewing whether you meet eligibility requirments
No section 15/16 on notes, only personal information got white out, which is my wife's.

Is this normal? Does it mean some thing? good or not good? already 24 months awaiting.

No she doesn't. The test needs to be valid at the time of submission which I believe was the case.
Yes it was valid during the time of submissio. But the aplication is paper-based so decision took so long for the decision to come(the application is 1 year already), but it happens that the english exam will expire this year.

If you have a joint degree, then you have to put it as one degree, i.e. B.A., LL.B. (2013-2018).

All documents have to be valid the day the application id submitted. If the documents expire after they are submitted when the application is being processed, it does not make any difference and no need to worry either.
