Technically speaking what CIC wants a reference letter vouching for the time and the work done by the applicant. Even if you miss out on your previous positions with the company, but have mentioned how long you have worked, that would suffice. But the best it to have a complete record without gaps, and with all positions, different salaries at different times to that there is no ambiguity. This will help you not be called for an interview in case an agent finds something suspicious.nick1899 said:Hi Legalfalcon
I have already submitted a reference letter for foreign work ex (CEC Inland) few days back that had few job duties mentioned and also not the all positions held. However, there is no change in the tenure of my work experience on the letter for which points were gained.
So I am in the process of getting updated reference letter (same tenure with all positions included and few more duties also) from the same employer and then sending it through a Case Specific enquiry.
Do you think that should be fine? Will it be at all considered?
