Hi @legalfalcon

I have 3 unpaid emergency days during my 3 years of work experience (FSW-O), should I create two separate periods of work experience while creating my EE profile or just one?

I travelled outside the country during these 3 days so I have to mention them anyways.

Thank you so much

It can just be one, and then you can put your travels in the travel history, and the work and travel can overlap.

Hi legalfalcon, the cec draws are going to come this week and if i get an ita, can i submit my documents and leave country for 2 months?
I won’t have a job either so will i have trouble entering canada? I do have valid pwgp until 2023

You can reenter as long as you have a valid visa.

Sir, I am filing for a study visa application. I used to have an Express entry FSW profile.

In the study visa application, there is a column to fill in the 'UCI'.

Most people are telling me to leave it blank since i have never visited Canada as a student nor i ever had an PR card.

Should i leave it blank despite having an old EE fsw profile which stands deleted now?

Many thanks.

Thank you for your response!
Similarly, if i dont get ita, leave the Canada as i plan to go home and receive an ita there, can i accept it and submit documents while being outside? Thank you so much _/\_

Hi @legalfalcon ,

I submitted my PR File as CEC inland on Aug 25, 2019 (currently on bridging open work permit)
while my file was in process I got married and added my spouse (resident in India) in January 2020
my spouse BIomatrix, medical all completed, we are waiting on pr

I am currently visiting my family in outside Canada, If I get Co-pr this week or next week what happen?
do they take my co-pr back if I am not present in Canada?
How long does it take to reissue the Co-PR after that?

Please advise, i am waiting since 36 months now almost, if they were to reissue is that a big deal?

Thank you so much

Hi @legalfalcon Hope you are doing well :). It would be great you if could give me a suggestion regarding this below issue -

I have Received my PPR letter on 30th June 2022. But my Apartment name has a small spelling error and my name has a spacing issue (Instead of Ravi Rajagopal Rangachari) it is written as "Ravirajagopal Rangachari").

Is this a critical issue ? Should I raise a webform and wait until IRCC replies to submit my passport for stamping. Or submit a webform and also submit my passport simultaneously ?

Please let me know as it would be really helpful for me and some others also :) thanks in advance !!

@legalfalcon one query: I received PPR on 2nd July. Along with the request letter, the review of additional documents section also changed :

We are reviewing the additional documents you provided.

My concern is that I received only remedical request and no other ADR. So not sure what this message means. Could you help?

Hello @legalfalcon

Got back my passport on July 5, 2022 without a stamp and with a letter attached that said Application in Progress.

PPR received on June 20, 2022, FSW-O, COR: India, VO: RROC, Remedical passed: April 27, 2022. No documents as per my knowledge are nearing their expiry.

Could you please help me with what my options are here? Will re-sending my passport help in anyway?

Has anyone else here faced this situation or come across anything similar?

What is exactly mentioned in the letter? And what all ADRs had you received apart from remedical?

It said that the passport is being returned for the following reasons and the reason selected was "Application in Progress, once finalized next steps will be received".

Other ADRs were Schedule A, Police Clearance, Proof of Income, RPRF payment receipt.
