okay thanks.

All this time, IRCC email correspondence was sent to a gmail which was linked to old gckey. But I'm using a new email for new gckey.

So should i notify IRCC about email change or will this automatically be updated?
Your GC key is only to log into your account. All correspondence is sent at the email id you provided in the application.

I have got PPR. But now I need to add my baby who is 3 weeks old. I have raised couple of webforms already, but did not get anything from IRCC's end. Whats the best course of action
You just have to wit. It takes 6-8 weeks for IRCC to respond back.

@legalfalcon I did an upfront medical exam as a QSW PR applicant. Now IRCC is still requesting a medical exam. My panel physician will try merging the UMI number with the IME number provided by IRCC and send the IMM1017 sheet to them. How long will this take in your estimation? Please advise.

As long as your medicals are under the IME provided by IRCC, the medical report uploaded will automatically be attached to your application, an should be passed within 30-45 days.

Hello @legalfalcon ,

My spouse was recently added to my PR application and he has received his biometrics and Medical. He recently moved to another country in April; do we need to inform IRCC of change in address considering only dependent moved?

Please suggest me at @
legalfalcon

I visited the Canadian coast while working as a Seafarer

Immigration officers came onboard to issue us Shore-passes.

So yes, Technically we did obtain permission from Canadian authorities to enter the Country.

Now in the part where it is asked
"Have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada ?"
Is it okay to Answer?
"
I have entered Canada as a seafarer, onboard M.V Kite Arrow, which arrived at New Westminster on 21 of November, 2017 and left Canada at Crofton on 02 of December, 2017.

There is no category for entering Canada as a seafarer. You enter Canada on a visa unless you are exempt from it by holding a passport from a visa-exempt country.

Sailors, who dock at a Canadian port, are allowed to transit without a visa, which is a routine practice done to facilitate a change of crew on a vessel or to provide the sailors time to conduct business at a port. This is done by way of a port-stamp. An officer who authorizes such a stamp, will verify the documents and place a stamp, upon which the sailor has 48 hours to join the ship or leave the country upon disembarking from the vessel.

When responding to a question of if you have entered or applied to enter Canada, the answer will be yes, and you will have to provide the port at which the port stamp was issued, the date it was issued and the date you joined the ship or left on the same ship after getting your official business taken care of at the port.

All IRCC wants is the port you entered and left, and a copy of the port stamp. The names of your vessels are insignificant. If you do enter the names, you will also have to provide the state flag they are registered under.

@legalfalcon I received my PPR just now. I have one doubt regarding below:

The height and eye colour (for both eyes) for the Principal Applicant and all of his accompanying dependants

Do I need to mention these details on a sheet of paper myself and submit along with other docs?Any specific format to be followed?

Hi @legalfalcon

I have 3 unpaid emergency days during my 3 years of work experience (FSW-O), should I create two separate periods of work experience while creating my EE profile or just one?

I travelled outside the country during these 3 days so I have to mention them anyways.

Thank you so much
