OK thanks, my notes generated shown a date 3rd August and I received a GU on 6th October it mean to check that what happened there i should re-submit a request for new notes?

If the date of generation on your GCMS notes is 3 August, then your application as it looked on August 3 is captured in the GCMS notes. To know any further processing that happened after August 3, 2021, you will have to request a more recent GCMS notes.

Changes to family composition
All family members must be examined as part of the e-APR, whether they are accompanying the principal applicant or not. Family members can be added to the application at any time during the process, including after the visa is issued, but prior to obtaining permanent resident status. Applicants are instructed to inform IRCC immediately if their family composition has changed (e.g., birth of a child, marriage, divorce).
Pursuant to subsection R4(1), the principal applicant may not include a spouse or common-law partner in their application if their relationship was entered into primarily to acquire any status or privilege under the Act or is not genuine. Similarly, in accordance with subsection R4(2), the principal applicant may not include an adopted child in their application if the adoption was entered into primarily to obtain any status or privilege under the Act or if it did not create a genuine parent–child relationship.
Section A11.2 does not apply when an applicant adds a family member to their application after the e-APR; however, the family member will have to be assessed, and the principal applicant must provide IRCC with the Additional Family Information form [IMM 5406 (PDF, 570KB)] and pay the applicable fees online.

This clearly states that if your family composition changes and you add family members after submitting the application, then family members ar not subject to eligibility (A11.2), i.e. no impact on CRS or recalculation. However, the family member will have to go through medical, security and criminality admissibility.

Good evening Manmeet Sir,


My New NOC is 2232 and it is a small company with around 25 employees. Luckily they do have a good online presence.
But the way they distribute the salary is mixed.

First three months-I got paid in cash,no bank statement but i can show my IT returns as a proof that i received the pay.
4,5,6- Bank transfer from an account which says the name of the company in the bank statement
7-Checque from their bank account,which only mentions the account number and nothing else in the bank statement
8.9.10.11.12-Again it will be bank transfer from the account of the company which will say the name of the company in the bank statement


The company is ready to write all this on a letter head that they issued the 7th month salary in cheque due to internal problems. Also it is their policy to pay people on probation in cash.

Will this be an issue with IRCC while proving work experience ?

Hi. I tried adding my sister as representative but today i received mail from IRCC that they can not add her as the form i submitted was no longer acceptable as they had updated the form in may 2021.
Can you please confirm if the form i am attaching here is the correct one?

Check the regulations with the issuing country. It is always better to have a passport valid for as long as possible. Most countries do not allow renewal unless 6 months or less are remaining.
