how can I find if I am in SS?
I cant find security screening anywhere on my gcms notes.
Under security section, it says my name and UCI number and TYPE ''Security '' then rest of the page if fully blank except for S.15 (1)
Also under activity, under security, looks like they tried to hide the new value for field name status.
Could it mean im in SS?

you can see upper part of ' centralized intake office ' is slightly cut off.
Currently the GCMS notes do not show SS anymore. If you have passed eligibility and it has been over 2-3 months, then you may be in SS.

Hi Legalfalcon,
I received PPR and submitted my photos and passport for stamping. In The photos I sent I believe have a head size issue. Will LVO reject my entire application based on this or will they request me to resend photos ?I am very worried right now.
Thanks in advance,
Emergentsky
No, if the photos are not as per specification, IRCC will ask for new set of photos.

13 precious months have passed, sent email and got this BEAUTIFUL reply.

Good day,
Thank you for your email.
Please be informed that we are awaiting the results of some internal processing prior to the finalization of your application. As a result, the assessment period will be outside of our posted processing times. At this time, there is nothing that is required on your part. Your continued patience is greatly appreciated.
Regards,
GH76576

Dont know what does it mean by INTERNAL PROCESSING. I wish this wait is over asap.
Can anyone shed light plz

Ordered GCMS notes twice. In 1st notes it was mentioned SECURITY SCREENING. In second notes it was mentioned only SECURITY, it was in February. Dont know how long it will take. I wish it is over asap at least pain of long wait is gone forever.
Consider requesting CBSA and CSIS notes to see if they have concluded their involvement.

Dear all,

I am new to this forum and would like to ask some questions to clear my doubt. I have created & completed my Express Entry profile on 21st July 2018 and my CRS score is 451. I would like to know whether I would be eligible for the next draw due in July last week or there is some sort of waiting period after submitting the EE application.

Thanks & regards
Will depend on the cut off

Hi @legalfalcon

Me and my partner are landing in Toronto next month. I have a question regarding B4 forms. I am the principal applicant so is it only me who has to fill the both forms or my partner as well?

Thanks in advance!
If you are travelling together, you can use one form for both .

its been 4.5 months to my AOR
GCMS show security blank, no sign of SS.
Since its been more than 3 months I passed eligibility, I am assuming im in SS.

If I want to confirm, should I order CBSA notes first or CSIS or both at the same time?
Start with CSIS.

If anyone can help me please.

Today, I received my COPR but my new born son's COPR expiry is around 50 days before me (principal applicant). It is very difficult for me to go to Canada on such a short notice, is there any way that they will consider my COPR expiry for my dependant as well??
If the meds or passport expire before, the CoPR will expire before. Usually IRCC will not change the CoPR date, unless you get new meds or passport. Request and see.

Dear @legalfalcon

I have observed something peculiar in the noes by Analyst/Agent. He has reviewed only two companies among the 3 I've worked and he has not mentioned my latest experience which is from June 2016 to June 2017, Nigeria. It is no where mentioned in though I have uploaded LoR and work permit card and Nigeria PCC.
Don't you think that I have to raise the alarm?
Pls suggest me what to do.......and Does my Notes sounds OK?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Legalfalcon,

I had a question regarding student immigration process for my cousin. She got admission in one of the private college here in Canada, however she is not sure if she should accept it as it is recommend that we should try to enroll in one of the community colleges.

She tried her luck once in Seneca however the IELTS requirements for that college is 6.5 and she only has a band of 6.0.

Now, my question is, can she accept offer from that private college now and change once she completes her 1st semester? Also, when she will change to the other college (for example: Seneca) will she be asked for her IELTS band again based on their requirement (that is 6.5)?

And lets say she accepts the offer from private college, will she have any problems during the time of visa?

Your piece of advice on this matter is really appreciated!
YEs,

If IRCC issues you a study permit, you can change educational institutions while in Canada.

Thanks

@legalfalcon One more question. I have extensive travel history in Europe. I just done even remember my travel dates. I have been to 17 countries and I just dont think I can accurately fill the travel details. So my question is - should I still go ahead and fill intra europe travel - I am pretty sure that my accuracy will be less than 40%. There have been multiple times I was in country A in morning and another country in evening. Or should I leave the intra europe travel all together and just fill the entry and exit points of travel? That way all the stamps in passport will be covered.

It would be great if you can reply at the earliest. Thank you so much.
Fill in as much as you remember and explain in LoE that you had an extensive travel in Europe and have no record for it.

No need to worry.

I did not know at the time of ordering the gcms notes that you need to do that. Hence I did not have her consent.
You need the consent of all members over 18 in the application .
