i am in about apply for pr in FSTP category. i have send my diploma in hospitality and diploma in culinary and my higher secondary certificate to wes. But they mentioned that they will assess only my HSE 12 certs. i am w8ing for this still havent received the eca.
so now in EE profile wat should i select in education. pls help
DO I NEED TO MENTION MY BOTH DIPLOMAS PLUS MY 12 MATRIC HSE.

Hi @legalfalcon ...looking for your advice here...we have received the ITA and we are in the process of completing the application. I am currently on residence visa in the UAE and a few days ago I found out that we might be moving to another country (not our home country) for a 2 yr secondment. Now my question is:
- Since we might be moving out of UAE after we submit our application of residency, is there anything that we need to do? We will be required to close our bank accounts which will probably happen after we have submitted our application. Should we then update CIC of our relocation? Do we have to show a proof of funds again after we have migrated to another country? Would a police certificate be also required if we move after the application has been submitted?

Need urgent advise from you all. I got married (in Panjab, India) couple of year back and after marriage lived with my wife for one month only. After that she returned to Canada and things started getting wrong between us. She is an canadian citizen and she first sponsered me under spouse sponsership visa and then withdrew that application. It's been 2 years now and we haven't lived together or met in person. I haven't talked to her for more than a year. We haven't applied for divorce.
Now, As i have applied for express entry there are various options under marrital status - married, divorced/separated, legally separated, annulled marriage.
As I am expecting to receive an ITA in next draw, my question is -
What option should I select under marrital status? If i select "married", i might have to submit her documents and information which I would surely not get from her.
What does "separated" and "legally separated" means and what's the difference between both?? What conditions and documents should one have to fulfill to be called "separated" or "legally separated".
Please advice on this. Thanks in advance!

You can look it up, the internet has a lot of info on both. Wikipedia says:
Legal separation (sometimes judicial separation, separate maintenance, divorce a mensa et thoro, or divorce from bed-and-board) is a legal process by which a married couple may formalize a de facto separation while remaining legally married. A legal separation is granted in the form of a court order.
Furthermore, in cases where children are involved, a court order of legal separation often makes temporary arrangements for the care, custody, and financial support of the children ("for the time being"). Thus, part of the court order determines child custody. Some couples obtain a legal separation as an alternative to a divorce, based on moral or religious objections to divorce.
Legal separation does not automatically lead to divorce. The couple might reconcile, in which case they do not have to do anything in order to continue their marriage. If the two do not reconcile, and they wish to proceed with a divorce, they must file for divorce explicitly.

If you move after AOR / before PPR, you let CIC know as soon as you know your new address in the destination country. This is important, you will see the instructions on the CIC website.
Assuming you receive AOR before you move; your PoF shows your financial state at the time of the AOR. Basically you don't need to send another PoF document after you move. As for the PCC - if they need more clarification later, they will ask for it via ADR.
