One more thing legal falcon as till date my bg is not needed and also I have not recieved any update or ghost email from ircc. Can I assume that the same has not been transferred to NDVO. Also, if not than what is the right time to assume that the file has been transferred. Thanks and regards

Only accurate way to know is through GCMS, everything else would be a speculation.

Sorry for raising another query but something from nowhere popped up in my head. This year in June I applied for tourist visa to Canada and same got rejected to due to funds and family.
My application post ITA do not have any mention of same. Does that amount to concealment or this is not an issue.there is no rejection on my passport.

There is a question on the online form where an applicant is asked if he has been ever denied a visa? Did you answer yes to it? If you applied for a visitors visa which was denied, you should have answered yes to this question. Answering yes does not impact your application in any way. An application for a tourist visa is for a temporary entry, but since the immigration perceived that you may not leave Canada, your visa was denied. However, when you file an application for the PR, you state your intention to permanently move to Canada, and if you meet the requirements, you will be granted the visa.

If you stated no to the question, knowingly that your tourist visa was denied, it would amount to misrepresentation. At this stage you should send a CSE and let CIC know of the rejection.

Should i upload Schedule A with the same. I guess that would help me to expedite my case or atleast would avoid any delay.

In the CSE just say that it was an inadvertent error and you forgot to mention it. Schedule A is only required when asked for by the IRCC. Not all applicants are required to submit Sec A. If there are gaps in your history and IRCC needs further clarification they will ask for Sec A.

And yes, CSE will get you out of the ambit of misrepresentation as you have voluntary disclosed.

Thank you so much legal falcon. I hope that this also bring me out from the ambit of getting rejected.

Hi,

I have submitted my RPRF fees yesterday and uploaded the receipt on portal. Receipt having details of credit card and amount. Is this enough or any other document to be uploaded as receipt did not contains the name of PA.

Dear Legalfalcon,

I am submitting my eAPR application next week and I want to make sure about documents needed for employment record:

Also I included the following documents:
1. Reference Letter (Completed as per CIC requirements).
2. HR Letter mentioning that my salary was cashed in hand.
3. Promotion letter.
4. Clearance exit letter.
5. Payslips for 1 year.

Is that enough? and should my payslips get stamped by HR department, given that I was paid in hand?

Thanks

The MyCIC is unpredictable and you will see it changing often, any change is a good sign, but in some cases changes happen for no reason.

Is it A(38) or s(37)?

This looks great!

You can also add your Income Tax returns.

All the best!

I will need to look at your notes go give an answer. Since I don't know where it appears and in what context. I don't want to provide you with wrong information.
