Well it was in Mixed in Arabic and English (95% in English and 10% in Arabic)
Example,

Name,
Passport number
Date of Issue (it is for passport)
and etc in English

but "Written On" date was in Arabic (this is the date of issuance of passport)
which was translated by the the translator

Everything is accurately translated.

What are the chances in this situation?

In that case, it appears to be a genuine error at CIC's end. If that can be proved, the file will be reopened.

Hi.. One more question, was just going through the CIC site for the list of documents and it says that for POF the bank statement needs date on which the account was opened.

One of the Banks does not mention this on the statements. Is this OK ?

Is it a recently opened account? Within the last 6 months? If not, no reason to worry about that.

Hi, Its an account that was open about 5 years back. Is it OK ? I am not sure if the bank statement format has the date placeholder.

Hi Asivad Anac

I would be glad if u can clear my doubt. After processing of application including payment if the applicant is transferred in an organization from one company to another in same profile. However HR Head and department is centralized.

The applicant has got a letter of transfer now also. Do we need to intimate this in CIC wesbite. Is it necessary If yes how is it done. Please suggest.

Regards

This is a post ITA submission role change. Assuming that this wasn't an LMIA supported job which got you 600 points, such role change is irrelevant to your PR application. Nothing needs to be informed to CIC.

Hey Asivad,

I have been nominated under FSW category. I have received points for 2 years of work exp back in India. Now the problem is the reference letter has all the information (hours per week, Permanent full time, Role, responsbilities) . However, does not include the salary information. Can I alternate proof (following) to prove that I was indeed being paid -

1) Tax Forms - Form 16 for two years
2) Few Pay Slips - I have 3 months only (Missing the last month) ---> Will this be a prob?
3) Offer Letter
4) Salary hike Addendum
5) Relieving Letter (does not mention salary)

Please let me know.

All you need to prove is that this was paid employment. Salary hike addendum/recent pay slips would suffice.

Dear Asivad Anac, please help, I need your expert opinion!

Do we (PA & Spouse) need to provide our Birth Certificates ? If "Yes" than please suggest in which section we should upload these, as there is no place/button available for Birth Certificate uploading in Document Checklist for PA & Spouse.

Thanks.

Dear Asivad Anac, and others,

I am not sure about Police check.

At the link below

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/intake-complete.asp

For countries in which the applicant no longer resides, the PC must have been issued later than the departure date of the last time the client resided in that country for more than six months.

However, at here
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/intro.asp

For countries where you have lived for six months or more, the police certificate must be issued after the last time you lived in that country.

My question is that:
- I currently live in Canada.
- I left Vietnam, my home country, in 2013. However, I came back and lived there from June to July 2015. My Vietnamese police check was issued in August 2015. I have not been come back Vietnam since this period. Is it OK?
- I had been Australia from Jan 2014 to Jan 2015. Then, I got Australia police check was issued in March 2015. Is it OK?

Thanks for your helps,

Hi Avisad Anac,

Can you guide me on how did you upload COC in myCIC? I have few questions:

1. CIC requested for PCC of myself and my wife but there is option of only one document to be uploaded. Should I combine both and write a LOE?
2. Document Number field does not accept numbers but COC contains numbers, so how to input?
3. Issue Date if COC is in January 2016, but year 2016 itself is not present in drop down menu
4. What expiry date to be mentioned for COC, it is not mentioned on the certificate itself

Hi Asivad Anac and others,

I have received an additional PCC document request from CIC on 22nd January 2016. I have got the document issued to me as well now, however when I am trying to upload it, it is asking for issue date where I cannot select the year 2016. The dropdown of the years end at 2015.

What should I do?? Pls help

Thanks
