Hey, slight technical question. The pdf size is over 15 mb as we have multiple bank statements for POF. If i reduce the pdf size, it might lower the resolution, is that OK ?

If it is still legible to any person with regular eyesight, not a problem.

1 question:
So I've lived in USA 3 months in 2007 and 4 months and 15 days in 2008. The stays have 8 months period between them.
I shouldn;t be needing the FBI PCC. I applied however but not going to get it in time.
I was told if I need one the checklist will ask me specifically for FBI PCC>

So it doesn't ask for FBI PCC but in the section Police Certificate there is the world (Multiple) added in brackets..
What should this be then?

I have a place to add my marriage certificate - it says Marriage License/Certificate (required) which I will add.

Right below it there is this:

I have an uncle who lives in Toronto and I answered yes to the question if I have relatives there. I suppose this is to prove my relationship with him and not with my husband. Am I right?

And I only added my uncle. But my aunt and cousins also live there. Should I have added them as well? This is going to be really hard to prove mu cousins relationship.

At the bottom there is a requirement for proof of citizenship of my family member in Canada.

The application isn't 'smart' enough to figure out PCC requirements and make recommendations accordingly. That is left to the applicant. 'Multiple' is a generic term and indicates that some applicants might have multiple PCC requirements while others wouldn't. You don't need FBI report if those were the only 2 times you lived in USA. No harm in applying for it but the officer won't be expecting it there so this won't delay application processing.

Yes.

Not necessary, just 1 relative would suffice to get those 5 FSW adaptability points. Do you need them to reach 67? If not, remove your Uncle from the application.

Thank you Asivad. I didn't notice the EE profile to add any points because I added my uncle.
I don;t have any problem proving my relationship with him as I already have all available documents. Also I am using a self declaration from him to prove some of my money so I thought it would be better to mention he is living in canada as the transfer is from a canadian bank.

I only wondered if it will affect my application if I don't add my aunt and cousins.

Makes no difference to CRS. Makes a difference to FSW eligibility as you get 5 points for having a Canadian relative.

No harm if you have all documents in place. And no effect on your application if you don't mention your aunt, cousins or any other relatives you might have in Canada.

My address in my PCC (still valid) is different from my current address (I got married and moved in with my spouse) but they are in the same city. Technically, the CIC can still reject my application, right? I simply think the CIC would not be that strict but I believe it has happened to a few folks here.

Need more information before commenting. Copy paste the exact text from your PCC - mask/edit details about address etc.

I just realised about the continuous 1 year full time employment for FSW. I have the following experiences:

Job 1 = January 2015 to October 2015 (Last working day of the month)
Job 2 = November 2015(First working day of the month) to present (29 January 2016 as of current)

Do I get 1 year of work experience? Is this considered continuous? Both jobs are of the same NOC.

Haven't tried this myself but someone the forum suggested cutepdf, smallpdf or some such.

Well it was in Mixed in Arabic and English (95% in English and 10% in Arabic)
Example,

Name,
Passport number
Date of Issue (it is for passport)
and etc in English

but "Written On" date was in Arabic (this is the date of issuance of passport)
which was translated by the the translator

Everything is accurately translated.

What are the chances in this situation?
