Typically, you'll get access after medicals is passed. Keep trying once in a while though.

I am the principal applicant working in Canada with PGWP submitted EE Profile along with my spouse who is also in Canada.
I have 439 points. I got CEC met, FSW not met and PNP not met.
While creating my EE profile I have mentioned "0" for the funds available.

Is it because I mentioned "0" for the funds available, that PNP is not met?

Can you kindly advise me.

Just a bit worried because the sched A request we got is from cic and not ottawa and after 3 days Ecas changed to Dm and no ppr. Could this mean refusal?

Some October applicants had very quick processing including me so you're probably one of those as well. Unfortunately, nothing certain can be said here till you get a response from CIC. Here's hoping it works well for you.

Hi Asivad,

Is it mandatory to translate and notarize everything on the documents we submit? I have some indian banks statements which have some words in Indian regional language, however they have added English translation themselves.

Same is the case for Gift deed. It is notarized in India so notarization stamps and some comments by Notary are in regional language. rest of the document is in English however.

Do I still need to translate these both documents?

Not required.

Also, Bank statements in India mention amount in Rupees and US banks in USD. Do I need to get an equivalent currency converted to CAD somewhere and upload that too?

No. PNP changes to Met only when you receive and accept a provincial nomination.

Thanks Asivad, I have one more question,

For PNP, is it must that we have to show $14853 funds for a family of two.

I can get a gift deed from my father but it comes in 3 types of scenarios as follows:

For the past one year, we have transferred money from ICICI Bank Canada (Joint Account of me & my wife) to ICICI Bank India (Joint Account of me & my father) which comes to $2590. I have an individual account in ICICI Bank India as well. Can I ask my father to transfer money from the ICICI Bank India (Joint Account of me & my father) to my individual account in ICICI Bank India or any other banks in Canada?
Or is there any other options please? Does it come under gift deed from my father or it will become my own savings?

My father has $3571 in our joint account(me & my father). We are taking a gift from him for this amount.

My father sold a land in my name an year back & he did not deposit it in any banks, he had it in hand at home. Is that ok if he gifts me that money which comes to $9200?

So altogether it comes to $15361.

Please brief me.

But since I have a OINP invite and I consider applying for PNP, I would have to show POF. In that case what can I do?
Can I show around 5000 dollars from my Indian savings or loan account and for the rest show my pay stubs for my current job here in Canada with a LOE? Do you think this is a good way? I should also mention I don't have an LMIA. So there is that clause too.

I am looking for jobs for LMIA during my wait for the invite, but no go yet!

You have a CRS of 480. You don't need those 600 points. And you're eligible only for CEC. So when you get an ITA (and it could be as early as this week or the next), you won't be asked for POF. Relax and let the process unfold!
