Hi Asivad Anac,

I am preparing for OINP and need to know if OINP accepts ECA report from IQAS ?

It is mentioned in their Application guide but not on below link -

http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNP_EE_CAPITAL_APPLY.html#display

It does not mention IQAS in the list for foreign degrees.

Thanks
Rahul

It is a CIC designated organization. OINP will accept ECA reports from all designated organizations.

Guys,
I am awaiting my AOR and Nomination from OOPNP. I am from India and will be moving to UK in Feb end. It's unlikely I may get nomination before that.
My query is what are my options in terms of getting India PCC:
1. Should I get it from PSK before I leave India? Is it acceptable if my PCC is issues while I was still in India??
2. Or I can only get PCC after getting ITA?? In this case I assume I have to get it form Indian Embassy in UK??

If you get it now and you never go back to India till you submit your eAPR, you are good to go. PCC s issued when you are leaving the country for good are valid indefinitely.

Cool, thanks for the quick response Raj.

Hi,
I am asking this question for a friend. He applied for study permit about 4 years ago and he is not %100 sure if the work experience he entered in his application completely matches the work experience he has on his EE profile.
He applied through Ankara visa office and the application was paper based.

Please advise. Would he get rejected if the information didn't match exactly?

No. As long as the information in their PR application is genuine and supported by authentic documentation, some differences between those 2 applications won't make a difference.

Yes, the info is genuine. Apparently, he had asked a friend to post the application and that form was given to his friend at post office. So his friend fill in the WE part, that is why he is not sure about that. I personally wonder if they keep paper applications for several years!

Won't affect this application.
